- Elk Amerikaans bedrijf valt onder de cloud-act en Fisa wetgeving. Dus jouw data daar is onverkort beschikbaar voor de overheid daar.
- Een Amerikaans Public Benefit Company is zeker géên non-profit. Het is gewoon een winstgedreven bedrijf. Het mag wel andere zaken 'meewegen'.
Bluesky is bovendien een privaat bedrijf. Het eigenaarschap ligt vermoedelijk bij div. Venture Capital bedrijven.

Duitsland is klaar met Amerikaanse beïnvloeding en gekkigheden
Deze week verlieten drie grote politieke partijen ( #SPD , #Linke #Grune ) Musks speeltje.
Vandaag komen 16 grote duitse onderzoeksinstituten gezamelijk datzelfde besluit. ( #Volkswagenstiftung , #DeutscheNationalStiftung , #AllianzFoundation etc). naar Mastodon.
Duitse grote media orgs zijn al heel lang hier ( #tagesschau van de #ARD gaat al richting de 100K volgers )
Wanneer is nederland zo ver?

Beste mvr Aerdts,
Ik waardeerde uw aanwezigheid hier en was optimistisch.
De naïviteit waarmee u naar buiten treedt op het vakgebied digitale zaken stelt mij echter zeer teleur.
De vele berichten over al 't moois dat AI moet brengen vind ik erg eenzijdig en naïef.
Maar vooral dat het woord #digid nog niet éémaal is gevallen in uw berichten vind ik treurig. En ik ben geloof ik niet de enige.
180K mensen tekende de petitie. De TK vroeg u in te grijpen.
Waarom negeert u dit allemaal?

Yesterday my @nprofile…ygvu infinitybook pro 15 arrived and it is amazing.
It is as well built as any laptop I have ever owned, without being clunky in any way.
It is fast and sleak. Its keyboard touch is a dream.
But most importantly, it proves that (thanks to #AMD )in 2026 you dont need a ridiculously beefy #gpu for demanding graphics
The #Radeon 890M integrated graphics performs outstanding. And without any fiddling with propriatary drivers, Instead all right from the Linux #Kernel

@nprofile…60lz hi prof, please be advised the UK is very welcome to #rejoin, but there will no opt-outs, rebates, or 'special relationship'. They will be either all-in or all-out.
Otherwise, you can negotiate as you please but your deal probably wont improve that much.
This is in fact, probably the worst time for the UK to renegotiate for a better deal. Because unlike in the days of prime minister Johnson, you now have no other trade block to seek tighter trade relations with than with the EU.

X Blocking #Signal is just spitting in the face of the #EU #digitalservicesact
There can be only one response: Block the #deadbirdsite in the EU, and while that's in the works, an unequivocal recommendation by the @nprofile…4kmp to its citizens to stop using it immeadeately.
Ofcourse this is exactly what musk wants. Financially, his company is already worthless. Now he can blame Europe for its failure, and create more rage towards Europe as a bonus.
Nonetheless, it had to be done. Now.
