I consider truth as an individual concept. It is what we build around our reality and what we believe in, and our reality is something we don't control.

I do it when I want to relax. I practice a lot of sports during the week, and tea, in that sense, will numb you. On the other hand, it is great to stay focused. I know it's hard to reduce the consumption significantly. I believe that one per day is fair and beneficial. When I feel my brain needs it, I do yoga or stretching. It may sound weird, but it helps.

You could try to balance.
Coffee has many beneficial effects, but it’s also not so friendly to your cardiovascular and neural systems.
It's also relatively toxic (caffeine is a toxin), increasing the risk of anxiety attacks. It raises cortisol levels, and as a consequence, your stress levels will be over the ceiling.
I'm a coffee lover, but I need a detox.
I've had two full weeks without, now one in the morning. And I'll probably loosen up to one every other day.

Damus. But the fact that you are asking underlines the problem. The experience and functionality should be consistent. As a creative, I don't find it helpful at all. I believe that people should start building with more consistency and focus on platform maturity. The whole relay part is not that great. Your content might end up on shady servers because, let's face it, for now, the most attractive use of the protocol gathers people that believe they can use it as a dark market or people that were banned from other platforms for good reasons

Isn't it the other way around?
One of the major flaws is the lack of consistency between clients and UX.
#nostr is a protocol, but no app provides experience and functionality worth attracting an audience not limited to nerds and weirdos. Also, the lack of control over your content is not significant, and there is no proper way to prevent bots, spammers, or anyone to stop interacting with you.
Still a long road ahead.

I do anything from carefully choosing my food to regular and increasing intensity exercise. Avoid unhealthy habits, use natural products to wash yourself, don’t abuse them, sleep and do anything that improves that. Avoid toxicity, and never feel guilty for what you want or desire. Breathe. I’m still pondering supplements of NMN and bacteria for gut health—vitamin D intake when there is no Sun. Walk.

When you need to cover a part of your life for any reason that might relate to private, intimate areas or because you have illegal behaviours, the last thing you need is to show off what you do. Correct?
Hence shitposting over a decentralised platform shouldn't be your goal.
The only reason is the data correlation and the ability to express yourself freely. Because that's a bitch.
But here, tracing people to a rl identity is a task for noobs. People post pictures of themselves, they relate to online activities on other platforms, they post pictures of their surroundings, links to their work, to their code, to their whatever. So the only consequence of such a platform is that your data is scattered into amatorial shady servers that can be violated any other second by authorities or criminals.
Not that great, considering that all this adds up to castrated functionality and bad user experience

The depth of traceability extends to levels that you can't imagine.
Network modelling, habits, content posted, pictures, timing, etc.
And all this comes without including that people running a relay might not be that bright. And even then, if I were a malicious actor, I would take down silently a few relays and replace them with mine.

I’m not a Snowden supporter.
I’m a lot into the topic, I agree that the way our privacy is being violated is beyond the imaginable, and I support the idea that people should be mindful. The point is that despite all the glamour around it, this kind of real-life spy story is verging more toward a person needing attention than the will to inform and educate.

The problem is about functionality.
When I don't want to get tracked, or for the part of my life that does not need an audience, I use other measures, adopt different behaviours, and the last thing I want is to write anything that stays there without control, right?
You don't need a protocol that allows this kind of communion when you need to be private.
On the other hand, when you want to share content, you need people to have a consistent experience and control over your posts.
The monetisation part is also meh.
And without the proper instruments and audience, it all comes down to people sharing random sentences and simps sending a few sats.
And the most of the content is there to say how cool is nostr.
A lot of nothingness.
So what's there? Apps. But apps built on the top of a protocol hardly provide any value if not a bunch of degens hoping for airdrops and making cash on the next run.
And even biting the anti-censorship part, let's say for journalists or refugees. When they send out a message, who is the audience?
The users of that specific app, for that specific platform. It doesn't resonate much.
There should be less talking and better perspectives on developing a platform that delivers features and functionality enough to appeal to a bigger audience.

I must admit that I'm struggling to find a decent use case for #nostr as protocol.
The clients are often inconsistent, which makes the user experience poor or impaired. Some are extremely capable, others are basic.
Also, where are the old posts? They are lost somewhere and hardly loaded. There is no separation between media and text notes, which makes it hard for artists to showcase their work.
The filtering by hashtag is okay, but more is needed. The scrolling becomes a lot heavy after a while.
I might find it interesting as a coder, but that's different from my goal here at the moment. Also, the conversations with "notes and reply" are suboptimal because the notifications point to a specific point of the discussion. Then it is all about digging your way back to the original note.
No censorship is fantastic, but there is no spam protection, either. More control over your own content would be handy.
I'm not defending or supporting any bird, but this is far from being an alternative.
I'm not giving up yet, but it doesn't work for me so far.

Aside from the cameo with Burroughs, that is worth the whole movie ;)
Gus Van Sant paints without hypocrisy what society despises and judges. The effort and need to overcome the addiction, change life, and have a chance is raw, not cheesy. Instead of picturing it as "bad", he builds a movie that shows it as it is without trying to filter it or making it acceptable for a mediocre audience.
