Idk, in my experience running endurance doesn't transfer to swimming or surfing very well, but swimming endurance does to some degree transfer to running. Idk if it's quite the same with surfing, but expending energy with your whole body for extended periods of time while your breathing is greatly limited is truly one of the most intense forms of exercise.

I am not attacking you. There are people in positions of power who have been lying to everyone for many decades because it makes them money to do so. In human archeological records the advent of agriculture results in everyone being a foot shorter & their teeth falling out. Hunting tribes prior to agriculture were tall & healthy with dense bones & they kept all their teeth. For ~2mil years we hunted and largely avoided plants except maybe in the making of savs & medicines. In just the last couple of generations natives in parts of Australia & Africa who had still been living as hunters have been introduced to western foods & they were completely transformed from everyone being lean & healthy & strong well into their 80s, to fat & diabetic, & addicted to processed grains & softdrinks.
Again, farmers today fatten livestock by feeding them the same grains that are fattening us & making us sick.
Again, the bioavailable nutritional value of meat is far higher than plant products. I would encourage you to read the info graphic I made (tho you may have to zoom in a bit).
Shawn Baker & Kelly Hogan (from the bottom of the graphic) are good sources of info. Dr Chaffee has some great video content, Steak & Butter Gal has some great videos. Jordan Peterson's daughter cured severe rheumatoid arthritis with a diet of only red meat & water. Sugar feeds cancers because cancer (and most other serious illnesses) are the result of metabolic problems. Fat & cholesterol are needed to heal & repair cells & metabolic issues. Doctors & hospitals that are telling people to eat or feeding them sugary & veg oil filled garbage are just killing people.
You can believe whatever you want to believe, I really don't care. Your comments thus far suggest that you care more about aligning yourself with some authority or with what the herd believes (which is why I basically told you to have fun/fuck off). I think those are particularly bad heuristics for making important decisions. The health system is completely corrupt. People today are chronically ill & obese, & that was not the case prior to modern nutrition recommendations & the rise of vegetable oils in place of animal fats. The very fact that you have no awareness of this is probably a solid indication that you're fat.
More kids are overweight today than ever before. Many of them a getting fatty liver disease which we induce in ducks to produce foie gras by force feeding them sugary grains. Farmers fatten basically all livestock with grains & veg oils. It's really only people who cannot think for themselves & who blindly trust authority that are incapable of seeing what I am saying.

I actually started this diet because of gut issues. Following doctor recommendations made my gut problems significantly worse. Increasing fiber & "whole grains" caused severe pain & inflammation. I had intestinal colitis & I was probably headed for a chrones diagnosis if I had continued eating the way our corrupt health system recommends, but all of that was completely cured by removing all grains, veg oils, & reducing carbs. The truth is that we cannot digest fiber & so it is devoid of any nutritional benefit & bassically just an irritant. Plants in general are devoid of key nutrients & contain toxins like oxalate, lectins, saponins, tannins, etc. The "studies" that say otherwise (as your article touts) are paid for by cereal companies & other corrupt corporations that want people to believe their "plant based," addictive, cheap to produce & store & ship, high profit margin, garbage is healthier than meat & eggs & butter which are actual foods. I have been on a grain free low carb diet for 12+ years & I have been carnivore for 7 of those years.

Money is half of every trade. Money literally touches everything. Bitcoin is the most scarce form of money to ever exist. All through history, people who chose to cling to less scarce forms of money when a newer more scarce form emerged got wiped out. Bitcoin is basically a black hole for economic value, everyone doesn't have to accept it for it to win, so long as it doesn't break or get corrupted it will win. It would probably win even if it got corrupted at this point because it is far less corrupt than the fiat system(s). Monetary debasement is the root of the rising cost of living, the root of most of the poverty that remains in the world, the root of the wars that are being fought, the corruption of healthcare & nutrition, the fact that many things aren't made to last, & none of the world's major govts can exist in anything like their current forms without monetary debasement. #Bitcoin fixes far more than most people have the capacity to see. That's why we say "Fix the money, fix the world." All the people I know who have spent thousands of hours studying the subject agree, it's generally only those who haven't who don't.

The way I understand it is that subjective value is a function of knowing what the thing can do. I have to know how to make use of crude oil or it might have a negative value to me, like it did for everyone for thousands of years. Knowing how to use bitcoin (in the most basic sense) is a prerequisite to valuing it as a tool for savings or as a formof money. The knowledge required to value anything is not guaranteed & it is not connected to the thing itself, so there is no intrinsic value.

You can try, but you will have to mutilate the definition of socialism so completely that it will basically be indistinguishable from what ancaps call capitalism or free trade. The best baby foods are just cooked & blended meats. I guess formula is supposed to be more of a mother's milk substitute. Blended meat would be more appropriate in the transition away from breast milk.

I came by way of economics which was my major. I found Milton Friedman & Thomas Sowell, then Peter Schiff (who used to be great) & Doug Casey & Tom Woods, then Rothbard & Karl Hess & some others. And now they are again in a similar situation, dispite waiting for 3 years to attack Trump with "novel legal theory" they failed to keep him out of the race, so they tried to have him killed (and failed at that too), & now they are claiming there is a global monekypox emergency... How do you get normies to see how insanely corrupt everything is? The truth is crazy, but the lies are crazier, why don't people already see it?

Ron Paul Homeschool is worth checking out.
I also think spending a lot of time just including kids in the cooking & shopping & cleaning processes can be really good for them. Spend some time reading with them, spend some time doing real life stuff.
