hopefully this is useful to someone, the sed expression could be modified to output other blocklist formats if needed, and rules.v6 output could be easily added as well

ah, so is something i would have to talk to the server owner about. i wanted to see if i could fix it myself because afaik they're pretty busy and i didn't want to have to bother them

my debugging of the weird perf issue on the minecraft server has been reduced to changing a bunch of things then running outside to look up at the sun and saying "nope, still jank!" as it lurches across the sky

i've seen systemd wait for services to shut down (such as cups-browserd) but after the 1m30s timeout it just kills it and moves on
not sure if i've seen it wait for a gui application though either
