peach, the interest rate of near zero was NOT the interest rate for mortgages. I have a mortgage for 365,000. My interest rate is 3.1, because of the 2008 crash. My payment is not anywhere near $1600. It’s north Iof 2k.
And $400,000 in at 6 + interest rate is well north of $2600.
Your math is all wonky and your supposition that the interest rate for banks is the interest rate for mortgages is wrong.

I’m 64 and I have even voted for a Republican in the past. What you say about David is pretty much the history of most white boys of the Deep South. I suspect he’s learned a great deal after 4 years at Harvard. And since he knows a number of Republicans rather well, he knows that not all of them are evil incarnate like Trump/Miller et al. This is also misleading. They didn’t run an op against “vaccines”. They ran one giant Sinovax, the one manufactured by China. The vax developed by Dr. Hotez was given to millions in SEAsia and India —for free and did not require refrigeration.
Given that “leaked from a lab” is still the likely place the virus originated AND that China wouldn’t share information in the beginning, it’s hard to be terribly upset at this.
