We updated Pixelix's Github Readme with new images and some refactored sections to make it more appealing and transparent. For example we added the availability-section to to prevent confusion about pricing.

We are already working hard on the next #Pixelix update. There will be some cool new features and multiple bug fixes.
One change is the a new floating navigation bar that takes less space than the old one (Shoutout to @npub1t7w…qcc2 for the idea). Also top bar and navigation bar are hiding when scrolling to give the interesting content even more space.

The new update is live on Github!
It will be ready on the Play Store soon and for IOS it will be ready in the coming days.
New features:
- A full screen mode for videos, there video scrubbing will also be possible.
- Suggestions like hashtags and mentions while typing will be in a clean bar above the keyboard.
The update of course also includes some other minor features and bug fixes.

This update includes a massive amount of bug fixes: Android widgets are working again. Editing posts is fixed. And many more.
The latest APK is already available on Github. The update will be available on Play Store, App Store and F-Droid soon.

Now for making Pixelix available on iOS we have to invest almost all of our profits we ever made from the app into hardware equipment, meaning we got not much back for our hard work. That is not really sustainable. We are currently still experimenting on how to make open source software development sustainable but as we figured that is a widespread problem which is not so easy to solve. (4/4) ->
