Service Workers are the beating heart of PWA (Universal Apps)
When I picked Quasar as a framework over Vue I didn't really understand this. Quasar have me this stuff.
This is the key to having pop ups saying "install this on homescreen" pop ups.
I use these to flag when a new version ov v4v.app is on the server.
It was only when I watched video like these that I began to understand this stuff.

AlbyHub's web front end is broken if you try to put in a lightning address.
They seem to be trying something that looks like the options API but something's messed up.
They can figure it out for themselves I guess.

I have AlbyHub running on my own server.
I have my own Lightning node.
I can't use Alby browser plug in to boost podcasts on podcastindex.org because of Alby's political decision to block Israel Jews because they don't like Jews who refuse to die when attacked.
You can't use their "self sovereign software" without their permission.
I was trying to work on experiments with @nprofile…t64d new proposal for a boost api.

Ohhh fffs
Just found out that one of my servers is in a VPS that was just seized by Swedish Police.
No indication it was MY server that they wanted but mine is gone.
For now tiles.podping.org won't work as the sever they seized happens to be be the one which proxys the calls to the podcast index API.

What would you do?
Throughout my code, I have used hive_accname to indicate a Hive account name.
But now I’m going to allow other identifies, including Ethereum addresses and maybe even nostra pub keys and my code will cope but all throughout the code the identifier will be wrong.
Do I go through and change them all.

I hate it when a python project which I've been working on for weeks suddenly throws flipping dependency errors during building and even pulling down the version from github which is currently built and running, no longer builds.
I have a suspicion this has something to do with a Nostr related function using an old version of an encryption library and I will probably just pull all that code out.

Keysend payment end point working on my test setup but it involves updates to the backend.
Got to check those out a bit more then push that live when I'm happy all the database accounting lines up.
I do have some questions about what the apps expect in the way of specific error messages if payments fail. The docs aren't really specific.

I think I've done it....
I think I've got a recreation of Alby's auth and one end point so far.
You need to have a Hive account and the only endpoint I've built is
/user/value4value
Once you get a bearer token, that end point will return details for the hive user who completed log in. Details of the two URLs which need to change are in this gist:

@npub1pa0…pfyr in my particular unique case I like to alert my users they received a boost but each notification costs them 0.001 Hive (about 0.6 sat).
But also behind the scenes transfers this small are nearly always inviting routing fees. I used to have a channel with Alby but they closed it. No idea why.
I could turn off my alert but I prefer to have it.

I'm a bit confused... I'm looking at the Remote Item section of Boostagram Ball rss:
But when I put any of the feedGuid into GUID resolver I don't find anything.
I suspect that I'm not picking up the Music in the database dump which I use to ingest for GUID resolver?

This is what they've done 2+ years of work on at SPK Network. They have focused on video: audio is a fraction of that problem. I'm earning for storing 3speak videos now.
