Why tf does my connection still feel really sluggish?
Speedtest does show more ping on uplink, but it should not make things that much worse.

The tartarate might form some complexes with other stuff, scavenging it and preventing it from dropping out of solution.
But outside of silver chloride that sounds like stuff I can get at the supermarket or health food store.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
All silver plating of PCB's that don't use cyanides is a treat to come across.

I was thinking in the connector saver and N being more mechanically robust when a faulty SMA with a protruding pin gets screwed into the adapter.
But knowing you those DUT's and cables get gaged anyway.

Type N is good for the lower bands. Nice and robust.
I do have both a diode and thermal head for the 'ritsu as well.
Diode for sensitivity, thermal for wideband and modulation insensitivity.

I bring in my own RF power meter all the time, because that's the one I actually trust.
It helps that it's a nice, modern Anritsu unit.

Was about to mention this, that can't you just send position automatically?
I'm unsure if MXP600 has the same RSSI showing menu as MPT850s, but that would be usable for logging TBTS RSSI at various locations by hand.
Because if you are running SX1255 with a very modest PA or barefoot, the radio will have much more output power than the base,

By buying one and then a second one literally years ago.
It also helps that Tatu, OH2EAT and me are in the same amateur radio club, so the first one is from the first batch.
It also helps that Finland is not that large of a country.
But there is now a new batch in manufacturing, but apparently some parts have months of lead time now. :|

Now that's some properly old trash.
Two Nokia TMR400's with clear firmware, from the first civilian TETRA network ever, the HELENET system of the Helsinki municipal power company.
Strictly 410 - 430 MHz and the devices predate DMO, so they only work in TMO mode with infra.
Until TETRA-BlueStation these were worth essentially nothing to anyone who's not a radio collector.
And even then you could barely give them away.
The handset is some UHF band Nokia made MPT1327 radio.
