In order for that to happen, Private Space needs to become much better and accessible (the upstream implementation just sucks). The default AOSP/GrapheneOS launcher doesn't even allow you to place widgets from Private Space apps or shortcuts to Private Space apps on the home screen. This is not good UX, and it's why I prefer work profiles.
Please consider collecting more feedback from the community before deprecating work profiles.

Thanks for the clarification. By meeting your requirements, you mean that someone would be able to buy that device with the stock OS installed, unlock the bootloader, flash GrapheneOS, and re-lock the bootloader, just like with Pixels nowadays, right? (as well as all the other required hardware security features, etc. of course)

Second edit: God damn, why doesn't Mastodon have Markdown support by default? Why do instances need to be running glitch-soc, and why does each client individually have to support this? Come on, Lemmy has had Markdown support from the beginning.
Another edit: Some of the mentions might actually be broken, because Mastodon can't decide whether to render them as Markdown code blocks or as mentions. So if you don't see the instance, just add @infosec.exchange to the user name.

I honestly think that refurbished devices are always overpriced as fuck. Just get a used device from a reputable seller on eBay. Yeah, ebay isn't exactly great, but they give you buyer protections and a money back guarantee. The other option would be to fine a local seller, for example on Facebook Marketplace or another platform, meet with them in person, and actually verify that the device you're buying is in good condition. You can also pay in cash then. I prefer any of those solutions over overpriced refurbished devices.

Yeah that's probably it. I was also speculating about some issues with DHCPv6.
I would try disabling IPv6 in the router settings, that's probably the easiest fix.

Der Nutzer @npub1v9q…45pc hat in diesem Thread https://sueden.social/users/maggus/statuses/113851083728570526 ein Video von Techlore verlinkt, welches voller Falschinformationen und Verdrehungen von Tatsachen ist. Ich habe darauf geantwortet, worauf der Nutzer ein weiters Video verlinkt hat, diesmal von Louis Rossmann (und wieder voller Falschinformationen). @npub1kwa…e0nj hat darauf hingewiesen, dass es sich hierbei um eine Person handelt, die offen rechte bis rechtsextremistische Ansichten verbreitet, und Mitglied des Forums [Kiwi Farms](https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kiwi_Farms ) (ich empfehle wirklich den Wikipedia Artikel dazu zu lesen, am besten auch die Englische Version, da diese mehr Informationen enthält und näher ins Detail geht) ist, was natürlich ein klarer Widerspruch zur Pride-Flagge im Anzeigenamen und der Antifa-Flagge im Profil-Banner von @npub1v9q…45pc ist. Darum ging es aber in dem gesamten Thread überhaupt nicht, das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit am Rande.
Das Hauptproblem ist, dass Techlore und Louis Rossmann gezielt falsche Informationen über das GrapheneOS Projekt verbreiten, was der offizielle GrapheneOS Mastodon Account natürlich richtigstellen muss. Das ganze ist bestens in dem verlinkten Thread beschrieben, deshalb muss ich hier nicht genauer drauf eingehen.

Ich würde eher sagen: Vorsicht vor Missverständnissen und Falschinformationen!
Accrescent ist keine Alternative oder Ersatz für F-Droid. Die beiden Systeme sind fundamental unterschiedlich und lassen sich nicht wirklich miteinander vergleichen. Accrescent ist eine Open Source Alternative zum Google Play Store und dessen App-Distributionsmodell. Wie im Play Store kompilieren Entwickler ihre Apps hier selbst und signieren sie mit ihren eigenen Schlüsseln. Das ist der große Unterschied zu F-Droid. Hier wird nämlich nur der Source Code vom Entwickler veröffentlicht und die Kompilierung und Signierung der App erfolgt auf einem F-Droid Server und ohne Einflüsse des Entwicklers (mit Ausnahme von Apps, welche Reproducible Builds unterstützen). Der Fokus auf Privatsphäre bei Accrescent liegt darin, dass Nutzer im Vergleich zum Play Store kein Konto benötigen, mit dem sie sich anmelden und dass das Backend Open Source ist. Der Nutzer ist selbst dafür verantwortlich zu entscheiden, welchen Apps er denn seine Daten anvertraut und welchen nicht. Die Apps werden so zum Download angeboten, wie sie vom Entwickler bereit gestellt werden. Aus der Perspektive der Sicherheit ist dieser Ansatz dem von F-Droid klar überlegen. Das hab ich nie behauptet. Im Video wird aber alles mögliche verdreht, so dass es dem Ersteller passt und wichtige Informationen werden weggelassen.

Beides ist im Video enthalten. Sowohl veraltete Inhalte, als auch gezielte Falschinformationen, angefangen bei der CopperheadOS Situation. Hierzu empfehle ich z.B. dieses GitHub repo, welches alles rund um CopperheadOS einfach Mal gesammelt und veröffentlicht hat. Trotz den erdrückenden Beweisen versucht Techlore irgendwie noch die Schuld auf Daniel Micay und GrapheneOS zu schieben 🤔🤦🏻‍♂️
Nun zu Louis Rossmann: Der Typ hat jahrelang auf YouTube erzählt wie toll er denn FOSS Software fände, nun arbeitet er mit FUTO zusammen, einer Firma die komerzielle "source-available" Software verkauft. Seit der Aktion kann ich den einfach nicht mehr respektieren. Das von dir verlinkte GrapheneOS Video wiederspricht jeglichen Fakten und basiert auf reiner künstlicher Dramatisierung und Inszenierung. Hier sind absolut keine faktenbasierten Inhalte enthalten. Eine Monate später konnte man in anderen Videos übrigens erkennen dass Louis Rossmann selbst GrapheneOS weiter auf seinem Telefon nutzt, also ist der Titel des Videos auch noch komplett gelogen. Der offizielle GrapheneOS Account hat auch auf deinen Post geantwortet und weitere Mythen klargestellt.
Abschließend lässt sich sagen, weder CopperheadOS und die beteiligten Personen, Techlore (und Leute wie Jonah Aragon die dazugehören und auch für die Verbreitung von Falschinformationen bekannt sind), noch Louis Rossmann sind vertraunswürdige Quellen in dieser Sache.
