In order for that to happen, Private Space needs to become much better and accessible (the upstream implementation just sucks). The default AOSP/GrapheneOS launcher doesn't even allow you to place widgets from Private Space apps or shortcuts to Private Space apps on the home screen. This is not good UX, and it's why I prefer work profiles.

Please consider collecting more feedback from the community before deprecating work profiles.
