Well, you're retarded but I can explain. Stablecoins are basically USD with extra steps but you get better interest rates and less fees with transactions. You need a bank account and ID to get it. The government loves stablecoins as they buy all our debt now the rest of the world can't afford it. It's the only thing Powell and Trump agree on as it's keeping the US afloat.

I was one of the ones saying stablecoin would be a good start as it's low fees and fast. You still have to have a bank to fill the wallet, but since the wallet is outside of the bank it solves most of the issues. And you might make a larger profit as Valve in the long run.

Yes, a custom engine in my case. I was just saying it's worth it if you can do it with your pipeline even if it's just for far LoD.
I was trying to use general terms, and I'm not a graphics engineer myself. Perhaps it's because I come from a tooling background. I'm just saying a stable "dither to alpha" and scaling alpha with MIP/LoD seem to be about all you need to get to deferred for general use.
ie to avoid the alpha test issue where leaves can 'disappear' when in far distance just takes a few lines of code. Alpha Hash / "dither to alpha" can be used like a cheap OIT solution in this case with screenspace stabilization without needing temporal solutions.

I have a deferred path with a screenspace-stable alpha hash type of transparency for foliage that handles the typical issues with alpha test at distance. I haven't profiled it in a long time but I can do millions of trees in a draw iirc.
This requires having a translucency/transmission material branch in deferred lighting for close LoD, but you can always swap out pipeline by LoD.

I don't really want to waste my time here, so I'll outline just one item:
Removal of cash bail by itself was a huge problem causing increased violent crimes and looting of stores... it was enacted long enough that now people now make a living robbing stores to flip a profit without fear of ever being punished. This in in turn has caused businesses to just close in cities causing food deserts.
I'm not bothering to write an article explaining each point to you other than what I've already said. Most of these "reforms" are intended as a political rachet and removal of law enforcement to enforce whims of the installed politburo as outlined by the mayoral campaign instead. If you made an analogy to Sharia law you might understand better if you don't have a concept of communism.

They have oil, which is much easier to trade with... Russia already took control of Niger which has better and cheaper yellow cake to sell to all of BRICS. Also a lot easier to move.
You can't just send in tankers of water to fix their problem. The "solution" would be to reduce population by half if they lost a single major water source. They're kind of fucked. I mean that's normally how large city states die historically anyway.

They basically need another nation to reroute a river for them, which seems highly unlikely to happen. Desalination doesn't really work well especially if you want to avoid killing off your fishery.

I've taken a lot of flak over my politics in my life even when I never forced it on anyone ironically. I even helped a trans indie do their game studio logo back before the current insanity to 'kill everyone not communist' happened. I will tell everyone transhumanism has a bad end, but I don't shun people that do it and don't push it on others.
