If the greens want to reach voters in these areas they need to show that they have something to offer to communities which are working class. Middle class people using MC language, arguments etc won't work. These people trust people from their own communities who know what its like to struggle as they and everyone they know have struggled. Not just economically, but socially, against class-based prejudice. These places have no real social mobility & need grass roots connection

This is exactly the problem. People don't believe that voting can change anything. We've had the 2 party situation for so long, where the only options are shit or shitter. Same in america. These toxic fascist parties are exploiting the despair which has permeated 'left behind' areas since the thatcher days. Then, these people were socialist - they endured long strikes, the state punished them to the point that they gave up. Eg. Still no justice for orgreave.

Not exactly, for example, medical research is riddled with misogyny. The bias towards white males in scientific studies does lead to conclusions which are incorrectly applied to the whole of humanity.

IMO rising inequality is mostly to blame. The richest 1℅ owns more than the poorest 95% globally I believe. Why vote when you're working to just barely survive, no matter who is in power? How can someone fight when they're already crushed by a system which doesn't allow real change?
We're also seeing moderate impacts of the climate crisis now and we know we're on the cusp of worse. Little is being done about this emergency... Existential crisis.
The rich were too greedy.

Not in the US (also UK), but I've noticed that more people -US included - are 'waking up' to the reality of the situation, which has been apparent to a minority of us since before trump's 1st presidency. I've been puzzling over why it's so obvious to one group/type of person when most people are oblivious
Eg. Systems thinkers are massively advantaged, so long as we are knowledgeable about and experienced with human nature and politics.

The kind of bizarre thing here is how many people don't realise that the US has been an asshole around the world for a looong time. It doesn't make sense given how popular bands like RATM, SOAD, Radiohead etc have been for this whole time.
The US has been at war almost continually throughout its whole history, most often with the sole purpose to steal resources from weaker countries. Trump is only more obvious about it.

Sad to say, but I don't think the greens will have the votes needed to win an election as they're too niche - and many people auto-vote labour. The left vote will be split between your party and the greens. I think the best possibility is if every left party agrees to either join together formally, or asks their members to vote for just one party. If the greens were endorsed by your party and every other left party and the lib dems, the 'stop fascism' vote might keep reform out.

It is tricky to guess which votes will mean winning the election - Corbyn's 2017 vote share was 40% to Starmer's 2024 only 33.7%.
I suppose my thinking is - the Tories were previously elected. The vast majority of the people who voted the Tories in (also any other right wing party voters) will now surely vote reform.
The Greens have picked up votes from Labour and maybe Lib dems or other leftist/centrist parties but I'd guess few Tory voters would vote green.

This is how the overton window is shifted 🎉
But how much will it matter, if reform win the next election?

Zionists make such a big deal out of their Jewishness that I don't think it's unreasonable to expect Jewish people to publicly distance from them - its a holocaust. Especially when one of the main Zionist weapons is pressuring people into silence with public smears, false accusations, cancelling etc.
And while we're talking of how unfair it is to paint all Jews the same way - that's exactly what Zionists do. Or even deny that anti-zionist Jews are truly Jewish.

Oh I agree 100%. Practically the only thing they'd agree on is that the status quo has to go. But more than love for trump and project 25 I've more often heard people talk of how much they hate the dems, even the left eg. over Palestine and shutting down Bernie. #Adbusters current issue has some good info/ideas on this, I was just looking at it funnily enough.

It makes sense to me. I've heard people talk about hating the establishment, yeah they might call it the deep state nowadays. Before trump was around we had occupy wall street say the same thing. For some people trump was the protest vote and there was no good alternative to business as usual. This is why there are no actual left wing party to vote for - so people have no good option to vote for - same in the UK.

If there's any sanity left in the US, his tour will be so well attended it will cause a movement so popular trump will be removed and also the us will be improved from how it was before
