Shit happens with teens. Granted, It's weird, but I've known people who have had experiences like that, now the families were cool with it and they had known each other for yonks so it's different, but still, shit happens. It doesn't make him a Paedophile as they're attracted to prepubescent kids.

I mean it's weird, but what's the context. What is the legal age of sexual consent, how well do they know each other, how does the family feel about the situation, when did he turn 19 and when is she turning 16?
In New Zealand the legal age is 16, but shit happens with teens.
Now, I do think it's weird, but context does matter. If the family was cool with it, rape wasn't involved, stuff happens.
