I remember all the terrible shit I did in middle school, and now my kid is in middle school, and this generation doesn't seem to be into all that shit, and I am happy.
Found a great school, homeschooling ran its course, thank you Ron Paul, it is a great curriculum, and we are sticking with it, too, but kids need kids, homeschooling works best with a community dedicated to the venture, but that's hard to find in California.

Has anyone here read Dope Inc? The book makes some pretty major claims on hard to source evidence yet gets known historical events wildly mangled and I can't get a response from those that reference the book like Ehret or Grove about how to factor that in.
The most stand out glaring error so far is the book stating the 17th A, giving women the right to vote was why the 18th A passed. The paragraph this monster mistake takes place in is itself muddled with other inaccuracies.

While I am no fan of Gilmour the person, his style was perfect for what they were doing. Who knows that they would have been had Syd remained, but it wouldn't have been what we got, which was about as good as the era produced and then some.
