Nostr feels way more quiet and calm than other social media apps.
I’m new here, but I am already liking this feeling of feeling in control of what I read and watch.
Also, it feels a lot less “clickbait”. I’m not seeing short videos screaming with hooks to catch my attention.
I feel good 😊

Thanks @nprofile…syxs for making me realize my post could look like an scam.
To make it clear in case anyone is wondering the same: I just wanted to ask for advice and thought that explaining my context would help, but apparently it caused the opposite.
I’m not looking for money or material help. Luckily my grandpa has worked hard all his life, has savings and can cost his medical treatments. And even if he didn’t have money, he has a big familiy (we are 25 grandchildren) that would be happy to help with that.
But, I would still happily receive advice on how to start a book of this nature, so that kind of help is welcome 🫶

My grandpa is old. He’s a very wise man. I’m thinking about making some interviews with him and then making a book but I don’t know how to start.
I’m thinking of this book as a gift for him and for my younger cousins so that once he’s not here they can have a way to know him better.
BUT, I have zero experience making interviews, I have never written a book and I feel I don’t have much time left, he’s got a bad diagnosis (he doesn’t talk about how much time the doctor said, so it could be really bad).
If you have ever done something like this I’d appreciate some advice. Or if you have a memories or autobiographic book that you have read and liked, please share it with me, it’s not the typical kind of books I read. Or if you use a tool that think it might be helpful, please share it too.

Feeling water flow
Letting go my leaves
My skin, my branches, my soul
Rotting in the water
But not feeling the smell
Getting all day wet
As my roots couldn’t have dreamt
