Today, I took a 4-hour bus ride from my town to visit my grandmother, Lola Lily.
She is now 93 years old. Time has changed her body since the last time I saw her. She is suffering from a hip injury and many of the aches and pains that come with old age. It was difficult to see how much she has aged.
But one thing has never changed—her sense of humor. She still made us smile and laugh.
As I sat with her today, I realized something important. Our grandparents don't always need expensive gifts or grand gestures. What they need most is our time. A simple conversation. A visit. A few moments of listening and sharing stories.
To all grandchildren: visit your grandparents while you still can. Call them. Sit with them. Listen to their stories. Make them feel loved and remembered.
One day, those conversations will become memories that you will treasure forever.
Time is the greatest gift we can give to the people who once gave us theirs. ❤️

Many people say that the income of an OFW is much bigger than what I can earn here in the Philippines, and I agree. Financially, working abroad gave me opportunities that are hard to match.
But today, I have chosen a different path—building my own business and working as a freelancer.
The income may not always be as high, but the peace of mind is priceless. I get to wake up in my own home, spend time with my family, and enjoy the simple moments that I missed while living thousands of miles away.
Success is not measured by income alone. Sometimes, success means having the freedom to choose your time, being present for the people you love, and finding peace where your heart truly belongs.
For now, I am grateful to be home, building my dreams one step at a time.

My Mom and I went to birthday celebration and funeral service today. I know celebration for a birthday would be more happy buf one thing I realize today. Death is not really scary if you and your family member is ready and the life with our Lord Jesus is always part of every decision we make.

JOB OR BUSINESS AT 42? 🤔
