You are under 50, own a car,
Have been driving in Malta for at least seven years
Reason for the scheme: there are 445,000 registered vehicles in Malta

The world has sure changed, not really for the better. I overheard a conversation a while ago where the main point was that if the internet went away people would literally die from not having a daily life instructional or from knowing what to do, and all I could think, if it went away I'd go and read a book, write, draw, or go and explore, or watch the birds, or just sit and think...then again I do all that now as well. The internet is a tool with bonus's

@nprofile…qmja It was a little different when I was at school, we were never allowed a key, we simply were not trusted to have one, so we'd goto the library on days when we couldn't get in at home, and days when we could get back from school, it would be straight home and mum would be out, and then we'd be home alone. but a lot of that resonated with me, The internet was only a domestic thing in my final year of school, the library had a terminal but not for kids, so books was my research staple

Sadly it's against the law to home school in Malta, not that I have kids, but having your children taught from an impressionable age, this load of hogwash -

how about instead of; you know teaching 'how to cheat' you teach children how to critically think, read books, imagine, and create for themselves!
