@nprofile…yx65 Sounds hard in practice. Canadian ERB was meant to be like that, but in practice, many ERB members see themselves as gatekeepers. The ones that actually work are the ones where the ERB members are selected and paid, rather than volunteers. But that’s another can of worms.
