Finally installed an RSS reader again (surprisingly trivial, thanks Docker) then discovered I can’t even think of a single blog or news site I used to read that is still active other than Indie Hell Zone. Time to start from scratch, I guess

- Rex kept running his bar and “contributed” to a lot of kids. 😂
- Tang had a moment of burnout and got kinda mad at us for not telling her Dys was a Gardener, but eventually recovered. She still died in her 60s because the human body needs sleep.
- Marz was an effective governor. More than me. In the peace scenario the colony is a post-scarcity society so she finally gets the art and luxury she wants.
- Dys eventually stops visiting. (cont.)

in my first run I played a mega-nerd and ended up becoming the colony's first physician (which is what I intended) and dating Tangent (and stopping their apocalyptic virus) which was cool, but then slightly failed the coup because I didn't convince the Engineer and never got another chance to do so; during the ending Tangent basically underwent catastrophic burnout because I never figured out what happened to Dys. OOF.

by the end of the first run I was like "well, this'll alright from this point, right?" and then NO it just got WORSE
I already know where I want the last run to end, haha

I had a great time; I started a second playthrough that I’m picking at periodically. I have some quibbles with part of the endgame sequence that we can touch on when you get there. My only issue with romance was every time a new person showed up my reaction was “oh no, they’re hot.” 😂 (I ended up romancing Taash, they’re fantastic.)
