However, what I didn’t realize was that I had started to blow up the Array in this branch, and then didn’t. As a result, during the final battle in year 19, Noctilucent brings a bigger army than usual, and the colony was eradicated. That, it turns out, is ALSO an ending. I had no way to drum up the required colony defense, so I rewound all the way to year 17.
