I know from some transfem beings that going w/o Antiandrogens doesn't impact their Libido.

I mean, worst-case I could rent some bottles of compressed air and regulator hooked up on a T-Bar and have you both on low-pressure outputs.
Otherwise the underwater fun would be rather short, as even a calm and relaxed person would suck dry a 6l @ 300bar air cylinder in 45' idling, and closer to 15' doing heavy work.
So you can imagine that it takes calmness to be able to stretch a 12l bottle 40m deep vs. surface.
And certainly you guys ain't gonna be sleeping!

the most expensive part ain't the air hoses [3] or even air filtering system [4] but getting a decent-quality compressor, cuz I certainly wouldn't hook up to a construction site compressor because "technical grade air" is not "medical grade" and you certainly don't want oil and grease vapours or carbon dioxide if not carbon monoxide in your lungs.
It's also the reason why medical-grade oxygen is 100x tech. grade.

Haven't seen Regulators with RD-40 / DIN EN 148-1 screw mount in quite a while.
Most of that equipment I've seen uses M45x3 [DIN EN 148-3] and overpressure regulators... [1]
But there are constant-flow units for that too... [2] I'm just not shure if the manufacturer actually tested those for use underwater / at above surface pressure...

So yeah, I guess one should try in a regular, shallow pool first if that's fitting.
For many people this will either make it or break it due to diving reflex and the fact that some may not like the feeling of being underwater and having to breath in and out normally.
It also does strain physically. Not like heavy lifting or mountainbiking, but breathing in basically moisture-free air does result in a lot if dehydration.

and if we assume a regular swimming pool of 1,25m depth then that's not risky endeavour, with air (12l @ 200bar) lasting way over an hour even under intense action.
Even the most graciously dimensioned swimming pool (assuming 5m depth) would not be much of a problem, tho pools deeper than 3,5m are hard to find.
I do know a location that has a ~10m deep pool but they only allow certified divers in, so not really an option.

Certainly one would mostly need a set of full-face-masks (otherwise one runs the risk of loosing the regulator out of the mouth and that has a non-zero risk of drowning/asphixiation [and not the breathplay kind] and we certainly don't want that!) and likely setup either some extra long medium pressure hoses to an external air tank or have some regular tanks mounted on / lying next to the participants.
