Generate LN invoices on static sites without revealing your NWC secret.
Problem:
There are excellent JS libraries for working with #NWC, like @npub1get…0nfm 's js-sdk. The problem is that they're only suitable for working with the site user's wallet. But what if I want to generate #Lightning invoices on my site, for example, to collect donations? This requires a service layer on the backend, because if you simply generate invoices via NWC on the frontend, you'd have to expose your NWC secret.
Solution:
Therefore, I created a simple microservice where you can insert your NWC secret and get a unique endpoint for generating invoices on demand! To generate invoices, you just need to add a simple JS script to your static site that will call the received API method.
Instructions:
1. Visit the website: https://ln-invoice-generator.mozharov.me
2. Insert your NWC secret (you can limit NWC to only invoice creation rights or set a minimum budget for security)
3. Get example code and a URL that when called generates a Lightning invoice for the specified amount
4. Insert the script into your site
5. Enjoy
The integration example provided is very simple, so you may need to enhance it slightly to achieve the necessary functionality. Any AI can easily handle this, but feel free to contact me if you need help with installation!
The service doesn't charge any fees — all invoices are generated directly by your Lightning wallet.
By the way, you can even deploy this service on your own server — it only requires Node.js.

I found that I enjoy studying philosophy, especially the works of ancient philosophers. I feel not only interest, but also significant benefits. For example, I've been studying Marcus Aurelius, and now finishing reading the basics on logic from Aristotle - "Categories. On Interpretation."

Aristotle is a universal thinker with a wide range of interests, who made significant contributions in various fields. His works remain relevant and widely used to this day.

Here's my current routine:
- interval fasting: 6/18
- Meal window: 9 AM to 3 PM
- honoring my sleep schedule. I go to bed around 9 PM, get up around 5-6 AM. Don't use an alarm clock.
- My diet is close to the green Mediterranean diet, but I also eat eggs, seafood, chicken (rarely), dairy like yogurts
- 30-70 minutes of daily workouts in the morning on an empty stomach.
- workouts include: running, calisthenics, HIIT, Pilates, power yoga for balance and stretching, relaxation yoga. 3-5 days a week for cardio, functional and strength training, the rest less intense and more relaxing activities.
- Sometimes in the morning I meditate and do Wim Hof breathing practices
- an hour before bedtime I do yoga stretching. Stretching for the lower back is especially useful for me, so that at night I don't have to fidget in different positions.
- as little fried, highly processed, sweet and junk food as possible.
- as much activity as possible during the day

Vibe-coded for myself a web app for tracking food inventory and meal planning with nutrient calculation: https://mozharov.github.io/nutrition-tracker/
It's become much more convenient to keep track, and now I don't need any trackers or other apps. I eat at home. So I just enter all the products from my diet once and specify their nutrients, and then when planning meals I simply select the quantity of products from the list. All nutrients are calculated automatically and saved to history + the product quantities are immediately subtracted from inventory.
Overall, this has really optimized my time 😃
Development took 10 minutes.
I'm adding features for convenience bit by bit each day.

I get a percentage from each transaction, and they get rid of the headache with payments, subscriber database, and running their own node. They'll launch their first project with the payment system in the next couple of weeks.

😬 Second, turns out I've been brushing my teeth wrong my whole life.
I bought myself good toothpaste and a soft brush. Found out that you shouldn't rinse your mouth with water after brushing, but instead leave the toothpaste foam on your teeth... Especially effective to leave it overnight. But first you must buy toothpaste with good ingredients! Otherwise there's a risk of burning your mouth.
I've been brushing like this for 2 weeks now, carefully going over each tooth. There are results! At minimum, I feel more freshness. At maximum, I see "dissolution" of cavities on my teeth. And overall my teeth have become whiter 🦷
💈Third, I've been washing my hair wrong my whole life with the wrong products!
Before, if I skipped washing with shampoo for one day, my hair would become greasy the next day. Often my hair would become greasy by evening if I didn't wash it in the morning. Now I wash my hair with shampoo only once every 3 days, and my hair stays clean! On other days I just thoroughly clean with my hands under water. I think nutrition played a role here too. I bought shampoo with good ingredients.
Now I realize I could write an article about oral and hair care. I discovered a lot of new things for myself while studying this topic.
🏘 Fourth, I moved to a bigger apartment. In the previous one I really lacked space for workouts and cooking. And there was a terrible and small refrigerator, which wasn't really a refrigerator but some kind of melting box. Especially the freezer was extremely bad - it didn't freeze at all and only spoiled my products. Now I have a normal refrigerator with large size! Now I have a two-room apartment, and there's plenty of space for yoga and other workouts. And the kitchen is bigger! I love it!
Fifth, my flexibility has significantly improved!
My legs, pelvis and shoulders sometimes stretch so well that I feel what seems like mild pain, but at the same time it's very pleasant due to new ranges of motion and sensations. And I can cross my arms behind my back from both sides even deeper!
However, I have problems with my neck. In a relaxed state, my head "goes" forward and down. All because of the phone and sedentary lifestyle with head down!
I'm working on correcting and "stretching" my spine. Progress is happening, and I can feel it. But very slowly. I'm looking for the most effective #exercises specifically for my case. #note1g0u…knhm

Here's what I've been doing the past couple of weeks. About my #routine :
😴 #Sleep :
Since I finally got my #Whoop, I can now track my changes. And the changes are significant! Sleep has improved dramatically.
Even yesterday, considering I woke up around 1 AM and couldn't fall back asleep for a long time, my sleep metrics are still excellent. Moreover, last night I set a record RHR value — 44 bpm! I slept well.
All these days I've had a stable sleep schedule. I fell asleep in less than 5 minutes every day between 8:30-9:30 PM. Woke up consistently between 5:30-6:45 AM. Average sleep duration: 7.5 hours.
Problem: I consistently wake up once during the night to use the bathroom. I've even stopped drinking water 3 hours before bed, but I still wake up. I don't understand what the problem is yet or how to adjust my routine to avoid waking up at night at all.
❤️‍🔥 #Workouts :
I continue daily workouts, but now I'm leaning more toward flexibility and #mobility. I do more #stretching, #yoga, balance and #posture exercises. I notice how my well-being improves more with greater #flexibility than with greater strength. But I'm not abandoning strength training! I consistently do functional #calisthenics training 2-4 times a week for all muscle groups. I continue doing #pilates, #meditation, breathing practices, and #HIIT.
I take walks daily in the evening. Sometimes I run in the morning. Average daily steps: 11,200.
I burn an average of 2,000 calories per day.
😋 #Nutrition:
I decided to expand my eating window and returned to a 6/18 schedule: 6 hours of eating and 18 hours of fasting. Before that, I ate on a 4/20 schedule. Without strict control, I allow myself to eat in an 8/16 mode if I want to, but that has never happened before. On average, I now eat within a 5-6 hour range per day.
Why? 4 hours of eating was still putting too much pressure on me, along with the desire to rush due to strict time constraints. That doesn't suit me - I want to be more flexible and not think about time every minute.
Moreover, my diet is quite nutritious, and I felt too much stress on my GI tract, which shows up as skin rashes. This rash has accompanied me my whole life, and I've long discovered the connection between its appearance and consumed foods/stomach issues, and sometimes stress. The rash started to subside as soon as I returned to the 6-hour eating range. Physically, my stomach feels better too.
I eat an average of 2,000-2,400 calories per day. I decided to stop controlling daily caloric deficit, leaving it to chance. #Intermittent #fasting compensates well for a slight deficit, providing similar effects to #autophagy.
I really enjoy all my #food! Especially oatmeal soaked in nut milk with berries... That's my favorite dish now 😋
🍄 Started taking #supplements:
NMN 300mg in the morning on an empty stomach, 30-60 minutes before eating.
Creatine Monohydrate with breakfast 5-6g.
Vitamin D3 (2000 IU) + K2 MK-7 (100mcg) at lunch with fats and protein.
Magnesium bisglycinate 200 mcg 3 hours before bed.
Effects? Hard to say yet, but the effect should be cumulative. But overall I feel even more energy, sleep depth has improved. It seems like dark circles under my eyes are starting to actively fade. I'm planning to get blood work done.

Why @nprofile…nrxl app on android loads any content for a very long time compared to any other client? I have to wait for 1-4 minutes before my feed refreshes or any note\profile information loads. I like Primal, but in other clients everything loads instantly.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong? I use Graphene OS.

My main health metrics (recovery quality) have improved almost 2-fold compared to my metrics from 3 months ago.
My current sleep metrics:
HRV (Heart Rate Variability): 111 ms
RHR (Resting Heart Rate): 47 bpm
Respiratory Rate: 13.4 rpm
HRV and RHR are the two most important indicators for tracking recovery quality. If HRV increases and RHR decreases, it means you're doing everything right.
I'm attaching my average metrics from 6 months ago for comparison. My HRV back then was around 60 ms (terrible), and RHR was 60 bpm. Respiratory rate averaged 15 bpm.
How pleasant it is to track these metric improvements! 😊

I studied @nprofile…tkhj's interview (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Vd35J-TA_4). This interview is a gem. It helped me better understand and see in more detail a world built on a global free market.
I haven't read his book "The Price of Tomorrow," but now I'll definitely add it to my reading list.
Here my comments:
Bitcoin is outside our familiar system. Bitcoin's purchasing power tends toward infinity.
Humanity has never lived under a free market. Human nature wants to centralize everything, so it's hard to imagine what a decentralized economy with a global free market would lead to.
Bitcoin is the first free economy in history, and it will remain so as long as Bitcoin stays decentralized and secure. We should support this and help the system work by running our own nodes and transitioning to the Bitcoin standard.
If you continue to measure everything in fiat, you continue to support inflation and centralization of the monetary system, thereby making things worse for yourself and all other market participants, allowing them to suck purchasing power from your savings. Run a full node and cultivate the habit of saving and keeping records exclusively in Bitcoin.
Deflation is the natural state of a free market. We've never had a deflationary economy.
If there were an honest free market now, the deflation rate should be more than 5% per year, meaning every person on the planet would become 5% richer every year. Prices will always fall.
This isn't happening now - all this wealth is being accumulated by the "top" of the current system. And if you were at the top of this system, you would try to hold onto power by all means for as long as possible, seeking to centralize the system and spin up inflation. However, those who have switched to the Bitcoin standard are already living in a deflationary world where everything only gets cheaper each year.
The reason for growing global inequality is money printing. We ourselves support the current system, allowing "them" to make "us" poorer. We believe this is how it should be and that it can't be any other way, which only strengthens this system. If you're looking for someone to blame for the current system, look in the mirror. Bitcoin's economy and the current global system's economy are incompatible. Study the Bitcoin standard.
You should drill into your head: "The natural state of a free market is deflation." This alone raises questions about the current system. Study the Austrian school of economics.
AI significantly increases productivity and, consequently, economic growth and deflation. A company with one person will be able to produce results at the level of a company with a thousand employees. Prices will fall stronger and stronger each year thanks to exponential productivity growth. In an economy with Bitcoin, this is a huge plus.

I set an automatic reminder to take a 5 minute break every 30 minutes when I'm working on my computer.

While planning some content, I’ll share my brief review of the story "The Little Prince", which I read this morning:
It seems like a very simple fairy tale. But while reading, I got goosebumps several times.
People have created their own worries, forgetting how to appreciate life’s obvious joys. They prioritize material things above all else, missing what truly matters.
The Little Prince in this story acts as a child who can see what adults no longer can.
The #book speaks about losing a child’s perspective on life, their purity, and their ability to "see the world with their heart." It encourages reflection on what is truly important.

I want to share my morning workout diary.
Today allowed myself to sleep in a bit and got up at 7.
1. #Meditation for 15 minutes.
2. #Breathing practice for 10 minutes.
3. Light jogging for 20 minutes.
4. #Yoga for balance and flexibility for 30 minutes.
5. Full-body stretching for 15 minutes.
Yesterday, I didn’t go for a massage but did evening yoga instead.
Today, massage is a must!
Noticed again how poor my leg and pelvic flexibility is. Next time, I’ll try stretching with a focus on the lower body.
Grateful to my body for its flexibility, endurance, and stability!

I see the label "this artist is not on Nostr yet". How would it be verified that the author of that music on Nostr is indeed the author of that music? It seems to me that an app with all the music should not rely on the authors themselves, and anyone should upload content. Otherwise, a centralized authorship check would have to be created.

I think all these recommendation feed algorithms are not needed at all. You're basically just giving the algorithm the right to shove whatever it wants into your head. I stopped using algorithm recommendations and social networks built around them a long time ago, preferring to choose the content I consume myself. By the way, this approach helps you get rid of your addiction to social networks and clear your brain of garbage, because now you don't have an endless feed of incoming information that your brain loves so much.
I like the way it's done in Telegram. I choose exactly who to subscribe to and who to read. I only learn about other personalities on Telegram and their publications from those I'm subscribed to, or from other sources outside of Telegram.
And that's why I started developing a unique Nostr client that doesn't require any recommendation feeds.

I only use a MacBook Air M1 because of the lack of alternatives in terms of quality (I mean device, not OS). I would love to use a MacBook with Linux installed, but it performs much worse on Apple chips.
In a way, I dream of a macbook-like device, but with Linux. Thin, minimalist, no active cooling, quality touchpad.

What about deleting/editing notes? Many social media users would like to delete or edit their notes. Or even have the ability to "delete an account". Are they discouraged by the fact that they will probably never be able to edit or delete what they have posted on Nostr? I have the opposite situation. I used to listen to everything at 1.5-2x speed, but now I listen to everything at the original speed.
I can’t quite explain it clearly yet, but it feels like my brain processes information more effectively when it thinks slowly. At higher speeds, it’s more like “listening just to listen” rather than “listening to remember.”

Why do you think bitcoin will only ever be a store of value? I see people using bitcoin for payment more and more now, especially thanks to lightning. I pay for some services in bitcoin and I see more of them every year, although still very few.
Moreover, I am a developer with a couple of products that I am starting to convert to bitcoin standard and accept payments in bitcoin. I do it because it is actually more convenient to accept and pay in bitcoin than in fiat, and secondly it allows me to accept payments globally. I can't use USD because of geo-restrictions.
And the best part: no commissions and full control over the money you earn.
So accepting payments in bitcoin for me is becoming not just something pleasant, it is becoming a necessity.

If you use LLM, I recommend looking into DeepSeek. A completely free alternative to ChatGPT at the GPT-4o and GPT-o1 level. Moreover, they have a VERY cheaper API compared to all other existing models, and no rate limit.
Imagine developers rushing to use this.

Reflection on 2024.
Over the past year, I've significantly changed my way of thinking. I've reevaluated many aspects of my life. If the past year had a name, it would definitely be related to mindfulness.
The past year was probably the most stressful year I've had: work issues, moving, war in my hometown, social fears, self-doubt, new relationships, and experiences I feared. I encountered instability and that feeling of "uncertainty about tomorrow."
As stressful as it was, it was an extremely beneficial experience for me, pushing me to reassess almost everything.
By the end of the year, everything settled down: job stability, moving ease, reduced fears, better relationships, enthusiasm for new experiences, and self-confidence emerged.
At the beginning of last year, I set goals to increase blog views, boost income, get a full health check-up, and launch a startup.
I didn't achieve any of the goals I set. Is that bad? Absolutely not.
The startup consumed too many resources without any output, leading me to lose interest, but I gained valuable experience. It was too big a project; we should have started with something smaller.
Reach and income stopped being goals in themselves; now, I focus on benefiting society, from which income follows naturally. I didn't get a full medical check-up, but I actively worked on my health, eliminating bad habits and forming beneficial ones.
Throughout the year, I reevaluated my values and lost interest in the goals I had set. However, I achieved much more in other aspects.
🏆 My achievements:
Clearing the mind.
The most harmful habit I got rid of: mindlessly scrolling social media and watching short videos. This was the first step in shifting my focus from informational noise to something more meaningful. I watch fewer series and movies, unsubscribed from everything unnecessary, use my phone only with a specific purpose, meditate daily, and spend more time in silence.
Year of Knowledge.
I filled my mind with higher quality information. I started delving deeper into history, economics, philosophy, languages, scientific theories and discoveries.
I've read many books. They have replaced TikTok for me.
I learned English up to a B1-B2 level. My friends helped me. Traveling also helped as I spoke a lot with foreigners. I also started learning Latin. This year, we'll go to Vietnam, and I'll start learning Vietnamese there.
Overall, I've become more eager to learn new things, and I enjoy it. Learning something new is no longer a problem, be it knowledge or acquiring a new skill.
Total Health Focus.
Regular physical workouts, cross-fit, morning runs, yoga, stretching. This might have been my most active year. My physical shape has improved, which is now visually noticeable.
Sleep has improved. I aim to sleep 9 PM–5 AM. Sleep is priority number one. Everything depends on sleep (including life success). I now pay special attention to sleep quality, for which I even bought @WHOOP.
I've cut out harmful foods from my diet. Less sugar, less fat, less processed food. More natural and fresh products. I've started intermittent fasting. I eat within a 6-hour window each day. Also, I don't eat at least 6 hours before sleep. Thanks @bryan_johnson for the tips.
Understanding the World.
Now, I can say I understand economics, markets and money. I now understand why there are poor and rich, why wars occur, how states work.
The form of money determines everything, especially the freedom and prosperity of each individual. I've concluded that #Bitcoin is not just some virtual currency. It's a necessity for global progress and reducing violence in the world. Thanks @saifedean for a book that changed my thinking.
🚀 My priorities for 2025:
- Accumulate as much $BTC as possible;
- Share knowledge and learn new things;
- Benefit society;
- Make the world better and reduce violence;
- Enhance my media presence;
- Secure a stable and job-independent income;

I just finished reading "21 Lessons for the 21st Century" by Yuval Noah Harari. It’s now on my must-read list.
The book indeed covers 21 lessons about understanding our world and surviving in it: #politics, #nationalism, #war, #God, #religion, #economy, #ecology, #terrorism, #technology, #longevity, #algorithms, #AI, #freedom, #self-knowledge, #faith, #truth, and the meaning of life.
Below I’ll outline some conclusions I hadn’t thought about before.
☠️ The Problem of Terrorism.
Terrorists are too weak to confront powerful enemies (like the U.S.) directly, so they rely on fear. By spreading terror, they hope governments will overreact. Widespread publicity amplifies this effect — media outlets benefit from sensational stories, which, in turn, helps terrorists sow panic. Meanwhile, actual casualties from terrorist acts are fewer than those from car accidents or diseases, but fear multiplies their impact. The surest strategy is for governments to respond quietly, without giving terrorists a stage. Without an audience, terror loses its meaning.
🍄 The Ecology Problem.
Climate change is a serious threat. Some nations stand to gain — Russia might discover new trade routes through melting ice — while others turn into deserts or end up underwater. Greenhouse gas emissions keep rising. Humanity must abandon fossil fuels now to preserve our environment and economy. The meat industry also fuels global warming while causing suffering to billions of animals. Fortunately, “clean meat” grown from cells is becoming more affordable. Global warming may be more perilous than nuclear war, because its effects vary by region and don’t unite countries in prevention the way nuclear threats do.
🧐 Key Skills for the 21st Century.
Traditional schooling — memorizing facts and focusing on narrow fields — has lost its former value in today’s info-saturated world. It’s more important to filter knowledge, adapt, and keep calm when facing the unknown. Many educators believe schools should emphasize critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity. Above all, we need the ability to learn continuously and reinvent ourselves to stay relevant in a fast-changing future.
😵 No Meaning of Life. No Free Will.
We can direct our actions toward our desires, but we don’t control the underlying desires themselves, which arise from biochemical processes influenced by external factors. If we fail to understand our own minds, algorithms might do it for us — and control us. Because our “self” is part of a broader matrix, letting go of rigid identity may be crucial for survival. Meditation, especially Vipassana, helps us observe our thoughts and bodily reactions, peeling away illusions and reducing suffering.
😵‍💫 Imagined Stories.
Humans create stories — nationalism, religion, corporations — that shape our collective lives. These narratives can unite societies, yet they’ve also led to countless needless deaths. We must distinguish belief in a story from truth, focusing on the suffering such beliefs can inflict. Instead of asking “What is the meaning of life?” perhaps we should ask “How can we reduce suffering?” Human well-being depends on social bonds: if we harm others, we harm ourselves. Observing suffering brings us closer to truth than clinging to invented stories.
Overall, "21 Lessons for the 21st Century" provides profound insights. I’ve only scratched the surface; the book explores each theme in depth, answering many questions and “opening your eyes.”
