You can see in the video by the angle of the front wheels, she was attempting to drive away and NOT trying to run over the ICE agent who is in front of the vehicle. The ICE agent was trying to block her and decided to shoot because she was trying to drive away.

there was always something magical about seeing the individual pixels that made up any given image at that time, like looking at a piece of machinery and being hyper aware of every component that went into it, which is completely lost in high fidelity images. That magic is just lost in high res and it feels very detached, in some ways less participatory. Like, when I look at an oil painting it’s actually more fun when I can see the brushstrokes because I can see how it was made.

I'm trying to make sense of it but each time I try, it doesn't seem clear at all. Either it's better articulated in formal writing or his grounds for the dispute aren't solid and he's just retroactively trying to create them. It's so messy even just from a PR point of view.
