There are very few projects actually done like this. 99% are organized "well enough" to run the business. Not everywhere best quality is needed. For many products even senior developers are overkill. So, I wouldn't be surprised AI being enough there.

It shouldn't be like this. The direct dependency should be lifted to the top and Typedoc should get its own node_modules. Maybe a bug in npm.

Shouldn't the encryption already make packet sizes aligned to some value? It is also shouldn't be visible where one file starts and ends. The packet max size is probably limited by MTU (8KB or lower). So, for an outsider encrypted traffic looks like endless sequence of random byte chunks. Browser downloads several files in parallel (like images or CSS) and their packets are interleaved in a single VPN connection.
Could somebody with deep UDP understanding explain what happens there?

Manufacture your own doesn't mean exact same physical hardware. It means using the principles and ideas specified in the patent. So, basically these ideas are copyrighted. Knowing these ideas is allowed, but using them without a patent is not. Because in this case you would kind of violate the copyright. In the past knowing was not an issue because of human nature. This isn't true anymore after we've replicated the mathematical machine behind the brain.

How facts about copyrightable information is different to facts about copyrightable (patented) hardware"? Hardware is converted into information about the hardware first. This information may contain ideas that are in the patent. Which is different to recreating a piece of hw without understanding how it works. "Trained on" just means you extract facts about commonalities between different pieces of information.

When a new unikernel is installed, the previous one remains on the EFI partition, so to recover from a broken kernel you just open the EFI boot manager and choose another boot option. Regular users do not tweak kernel parameters. Not sure what you mean by password resets. But the OS itself in not encrypted, so any tools could even have good UI. For mode advanced recovery procedures use a recovery partition like on Windows PC. Elementary OS team was looking into this.

There is not a lot use cases for a bootloader for regular users. You can choose the OS/unikernel via the UEFI menu. Same time the boot loader adds issues with mode setting and screen flashing, wireless peripherals, poor LUKS experience, etc.
