"ghost" guns have been a part of American life since before the founding. They are just a reactionary term for self manufactured guns. Americans have been making guns at home as long as we have been here. Sometimes it's conflated with undetectable guns eg ones that do not set off magnetometers. But for the most part those don't exist and the few that do are destroyed on use. Making them more akin to a bomb with a directed blast.

Delaware has basically killed the golden goose because one activist judge went after Elon. Instead of appealing Elon just said right we are out. And are moving the company. Now other companies are facing shareholder lawsuits as Delaware has shown they are ignoring shareholder elections. This now they have killed the single largest business in their state. This is amazing.

The real fix here is private insurance. That wasn't possible because the state made private insurance illegal as none could insure him based on the regulations they put on the insurance market. If the government is going to make insurance for the full value illegal the ethical thing to do is either insure it for the full amount or admit they can't and limit the tax revenue they can get from it.

Why do people keep saying the DOGE and the president can't cut the budget. This makes no sense. Congress appropriates the money for the budget but where is it stated the President must use all the funds appropriated? For example Congress can decide to appropriate funds to hire more IRS agents. But the IRS reports to the executive, the treasury secretary can just decide not to open those positions and the money will go unspent.
