I don’t want 10 year high school class reunions. I want 10 year AIT reunions. Or 10 year basic training reunions. I miss my battle buddies. 😔
Okay there’s only like 4 of them that I actually miss. But it would be cool to see everyone and get to see what they’re up to now.

In January my 5yo got kicked out of daycare and was reduced to 2 hours a day at school because of his behavior. Since then we’ve started therapy, established good routines and habits, and focused on a better diet.
This week he started back at daycare for the summer. This morning he woke up early and was so excited to go to daycare that he wanted me to take him early so he could eat breakfast there with his friends.
Two things.
1. It does get better.
2. I got a whole hour to myself before work this morning. I haven’t been alone for that long in months. It was really nice.

I’ve been trying to get my (soon to be) ex husband to get himself off my car insurance policy. He’s didn’t want to because having his own policy would increase his monthly payment by like $50. I was like okay? Not my problem?? Anyway, he finally got himself off and my policy went down $30 a month.
Money has been my biggest stressor during the divorce process but slowly and surely things are working out 😌

I walked into the living room this morning with my hair all wrapped up in a sock trying to do heartless curls. My 3 year old sees me and says “oh your hair is so pretty mommy!” And idk if I should be proud to be raising a sweet girl who gives compliments, or upset that I’m raising a rotten liar 😅
