Yes. Absolutely. You get it. The Pixel has sandboxed Google services. Google Play mirrored.
The manager at T-Mo came over and stopped the agent I was hopefully purple-pilling, saying “you’re spending too much time on this OS”. The agent was still super-helpful and got the phone factory reset so I could add my passcode and fingerprint(s). I showed him #nostr #primal , #damus , and amethyst. He knew what Sats 丰 FOSS, decentralization were and thought NOSTR was so cool. Told him if he gets an npub that I would zap him some Sats.

Yeah. When we went to Thailand, customs/border control required a digital ID for each of us. I was effin’ furious. After all that @npub18dl…h8x3 has taught me, I knew that this would be the kiss of death for my journey into privacy. I do not need to go to any geographic location that bad. If we had not been out of town for a hundred years, I would have already framed and hing these too. These floating frames take time and precision, or else you get lint/dust on your floating free space, and you have to redo the whole thing.
