We often think of #Acupuncture as the pinnacle of healing, but touch is the oldest medicine.

Clothing has consciousness. Every fabric holds a unique energy intelligence.
I avoid fast fashion brands like Zara, H&M, Shein, and Temu. The energetics of abused workers in slave factories create a heavy frequency. I do not want those thoughts or emotions on my body.
I enjoy buying from consignment shops instead. I find many high-quality pieces that are unworn and unused. Often, these items did not resonate with the previous owner because the energy belonged to another soul.
Choosing pre-loved clothes is a system update for my aura. It is a sustainable way to stay high-frequency.

Dessert before brunch? Yes 🙌
Went to La Patisserie near Metrotown train station: great coffee, pastries, staff friendly but the owner was so off-putting and hostile energetically, I will not be returning. 🚫
This Korean hotdog place rocks. Veggie dog and waffle fries, great sauces, and even this rainbow peacock sign on one of the doors.
Only thing is it’s not a dine-in place, takeout only so coming back again coz that hot sauce was bomb AF 🥵

Today I celebrated a 94th birthday over dim sum with 4 generations of a family and old friends. It was a beautiful display of life coming full circle.
At the same time, I am mourning the loss of my cat. This is our last photo together on New Year's eve.
There is so much to celebrate in both life and death. I hold space for the joy of a long life and the reverence of a final goodbye.
I choose to stay in the center of both, anchored by love.

The Claddagh Connection: Intimacy Audit (inspired by my journey toward clarity).
Use these 3 questions to check if a relationship is Resonant or Extractive:

With a heavy heart that I share the passing of my fur baby La Vita, after 18 beautiful years.
This profound ache is just a measure of the fierce, unconditional love she taught me.

Thoughts I’ve been sitting with...
Death shaped my summer i.e. losing a family member and a close friend unexpectedly.
I still showed up with care, even without being on an “official” volunteer list.
Recently, I was quietly removed from a WhatsApp group chat I’d been contributing to.
No heads-up. No conversation. Just gone.
It stung. Not because I need titles—
but because I believe in #RelationalTech, in showing up with softness, and in honouring grief as part of leadership.

I'm calling prudes Philistines from now on because it fits perfectly.
I love nude Greek & Roman statues, old Renaissance paintings, and photos of the human form. Not for sex, for art. (pic attached is naked Venus statue)
The curves, the unique marks and features that make each body a masterpiece.
This fascination led me to study Kinesiology as my undergrad. I wanted to understand the human body in movement, in peak performance, so I could teach others to inhabit their bodies with strength and grace.
But I also pursued Psychology simultaneously because I was obsessed with how the mind shapes the body. How thoughts become posture. How trauma lives in tissue. How confidence changes everything.
Mens Sana in Corpore Sano i.e. a sound mind in a sound body. The Romans got it.
Philistines see a nude body and think 'sex' or 'shame.'
Artists see 'story,' 'strength,' 'beauty.'
The difference isn't what we're looking at. It's what we can see.

Having sexual thoughts when you see nude bodies is normal. I admit I get turned on by fit hot bods!
Here's the difference between being human & being harmful:
Perverts violate #consent. They take photos without permission, touch without asking, or make others uncomfortable for their own gratification.
Humans with sexual thoughts choose their response.
When you see a nude body at a naturist space, you might think "ooh lala." That's biology.
What matters is what you DO with that thought.
Do you stare & make others uncomfortable?
OR do you acknowledge the thought &let it pass?
Do you approach someone sexually in a non-sexual space?
OR do you respect the space & context?
The goal isn't eliminating sexual thoughts; it's practicing appropriate responses.
Naturist spaces aren't about becoming asexual. They're about learning that bodies can exist without performing sexuality.

YES, sexual nudity exists. Obviously.
But here's the thing:
You were naked when you were born - was that sexual?
You're naked when you shower - is that sexual?
You're naked when you change clothes - is that sexual?
🤔 So why do we assume ALL nudity = sex?
Because we've been programmed to see bodies as:
→ Objects for consumption
→ Sources of shame
→ Things that exist for others' pleasure
But your nude body is also:
✨ A vessel for healing
✨ Your natural state
✨ A participant in the ecosystem
Context matters.
Sexual nudity happens between consenting adults in private for pleasure.

As someone photographed often, am ok with friends & connections taking my pix for posts. When I’ve confronted people who take my pic sans consent, usually they apologize and offer to delete.
As someone who photographs people for tech and (rec sports) events, i always check ppl are ok. i blur (or put an emoji sticker on their face) when i share online unless in a private group chat

I love cats, card games, cuteness so i am joyful to win this Bananya Card Game at a volunteer picnic earlier today!

:blobcataww: walking back home from an earlier appointment, a busker was playing The Beatles' "Help" song on his guitar; his voice and the message of this song just gave me (good) chills.
The combo was just so lovely together! Song's one of my all-time faves (my dad played this song when I was a child) and because I'm a nostalgic girl who secretly sings this in her head to her friends on certain days...
