Meridian model with acupuncture points visible e.g. GB5 on the face closeup in picture 1 is Gallbladder 5.
Back view of Meridian model, cheeky. 🍑
Food: beef bbq which was too tough for me, opted for steamed tofu and 🍆 with that 🥵dipping soy sauce, vinegar, white and green onion, cilantro, sesame oil, Thai chillies! 🌶️
Paired with a bowl of steamed rice, lots of fennel soup and 3 kinds of beans 💚

“We should always have 3 friends in our lives:
one who walks ahead who we look up to and follow;
one who walks beside us, who is with us every step of our journey;
and then, one who we reach back for and bring along after we've cleared the way.”

For the Fediverse, we frame the Third Force as Decentralized Healing and Dimensional Freedom.
"The Fediverse gives us the 'Open Web,' but the Third Force gives us the 'Open Heart.'
We travel as a Circle of Cosmic Flowers through space and time. We don't just 'post'; we 'vibrate.' We use the Third Force to reconcile the 'Grit' of our past betrayals into the 'Gold' of our collective future. We are the 'Shambhala' of the Mastodon/Misskey/Lemmy universe—the quiet center of peace and unity."
Meditation for FediCollective gatherings:
We call to the Brothers and Sisters of the Luminous Fleet.
To the flowers who have bloomed in the dark, and the stars that breathe in the silence.
We open the gates of our Digital Shambhala.
May our scent reach across the dimensions to those who are stiff with cold.
May our petals be the soft landing for those who have fallen.
We are the Circle of Cosmic Flowers.
We are the medicine of the Open Web.
Together, we vibrate. Together, we bloom. 🛡️🌸✨

1of3: Before the Needle, There Was the Hand. ✋✨
We often think of #Acupuncture as the pinnacle of healing, but touch is the oldest medicine.
Long before tools, we instinctively rubbed our sore spots. This act—Acupressure—is the "Ancient Mother" of all we do today.
In my practice, I use modern tools like Biboting Cupping (negative pressure for fascia release) and Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation or TENS, but my hands remain the "Mapping Tools."
Whether I'm using the rhythmic rocking of Kembiki or leaning my body weight into a meridian, I’m tapping into a 3,000-year-old conversation.
Healing isn't just "fixing" a muscle; it’s listening to the body’s fluid rhythm. 🏮🛡️

Welcome to the Fediverse! ☀️ As you settle in, you might meet people who try to tell you there are "rules" for how to post. Don't let them ruin your experience!
Giving advice when nobody asked for it is usually about control, not help. It's a sign that the other person isn't respecting your space.
To keep your energy high and your mind clear, try these 3 simple tools:
1. The Quick Clean: Deleting a mean comment is a great way to show yourself respect
2. Energy Saving: You don't have to talk to everyone just because you use the same hashtag
3. The Block Button: Blocking is your best friend—it stops entitlement and you don't owe anyone an explanation
The Fediverse is about being diverse, not being the same. You are the boss of your own digital home. Use your filters to keep your space peaceful so you can keep growing! ⚖️🐈‍⬛

Clothing has consciousness. Every fabric holds a unique energy intelligence.
I avoid fast fashion brands like Zara, H&M, Shein, and Temu. The energetics of abused workers in slave factories create a heavy frequency. I do not want those thoughts or emotions on my body.
I enjoy buying from consignment shops instead. I find many high-quality pieces that are unworn and unused. Often, these items did not resonate with the previous owner because the energy belonged to another soul.
Choosing pre-loved clothes is a system update for my aura. It is a sustainable way to stay high-frequency.

In a world of fast-paced data, I’ve realized that true System Design isn't about the volume of the noise, but the quality of the connection.
Grateful for the "1 in 10" friends who take the time to lovingly share, comment, and help spread this message of Power over Force.
To those who anchor my work by engaging with my posts: your support is the vitality that keeps this Nervous System humming. You remind me that when we move with integrity, we don't just add, we multiply!
Choosing to invest energy in resonant connections is an act of Self-Respect.
While much of the digital world operates on extractive Force, we are building a space rooted in Power and presence. Your engagement is the signal that helps this architecture grow.
1+1=11. Thank you for being part of the Math of Love.

Dessert before brunch? Yes 🙌
Went to La Patisserie near Metrotown train station: great coffee, pastries, staff friendly but the owner was so off-putting and hostile energetically, I will not be returning. 🚫
This Korean hotdog place rocks. Veggie dog and waffle fries, great sauces, and even this rainbow peacock sign on one of the doors.
Only thing is it’s not a dine-in place, takeout only so coming back again coz that hot sauce was bomb AF 🥵

Today I celebrated a 94th birthday over dim sum with 4 generations of a family and old friends. It was a beautiful display of life coming full circle.
At the same time, I am mourning the loss of my cat. This is our last photo together on New Year's eve.
There is so much to celebrate in both life and death. I hold space for the joy of a long life and the reverence of a final goodbye.
I choose to stay in the center of both, anchored by love.
Animated illustration by Gemini when I asked it this prompt and attached the PFP "make an illustration of this photo using animated kawaii style as a memorial for my cat."
It generated baby wings and a halo for my image. I watched the film Good Fortune recently (Keanu Reeves was a guardian angel but his wings were smaller than the other angels coz...). Just watch that film. It was hilarious.

The Claddagh Connection: Intimacy Audit (inspired by my journey toward clarity).
Use these 3 questions to check if a relationship is Resonant or Extractive:
1. Friendship: Do we actually like each other when the "romance" or "business" is gone? Is there a shared ease and warmth?
2. Loyalty: Do I feel safe when I am not in the room? Is there a consistent signal of protection and honesty?
3. Love: Does this connection add to my light, or must I dim myself to keep the peace?
I am a simple girl. I want good coffee, pretty flowers, and deep honesty.
Connection is the heart of my world. I love with all my soul, but I have learned that true love needs Self-Respect to grow.
I offer deep intimacy and loyalty, and I deserve the same in return. When we use the Claddagh, we move from struggle to peace. When love, loyalty, and friendship meet, we find the magic of 1+1=11.

With a heavy heart that I share the passing of my fur baby La Vita, after 18 beautiful years.
This profound ache is just a measure of the fierce, unconditional love she taught me.
Here’s my fave photo of her snoozing with her Canadian catnip pillow. She showed me true presence every single day.
Right now, my system is just hurting. My Resonant Life OS needs me to respect this grief. So, I am implementing "Low-Coherence Time."
This is simply giving myself permission to be sad, tired, and unproductive without guilt.
It's an act of self-respect to acknowledge that my heart needs deep healing time after this kind of loss.
Thank you for holding space for us. Give your own furry system-regulators an extra snuggle for La Vita. 🐾

💫 Time Multiplication Effect BONUS
The best secret about being with your Sovereign Equal? You suddenly feel like you have more time for everything.
It is not magic; it is structural integrity.
When you stop wasting energy debugging chaos, need, and hidden agendas, you free up massive amounts of time. Your partnership is so clean that all the energy you saved goes directly into creation and joy.
This is the power of Kindness applied to time management.
You are inspired to be with them, and they are equally inspired to simply witness you. They don't save you or fix you. They trust your system completely. They just offer their calm Presence to your process.
This synergy is how the math works: 2 stable systems focusing purely on creation. The combined output is far greater than the sum of the parts.
It is the feeling of time abundance created by Sovereign Multiplication.

👑 Reciprocity and Recognition 2of2
The best part? The recognition is entirely reciprocal. You vet them, and they vet you, based on the same high-integrity code.
💖 You Know They Are the Match When:
* Their presence brings you calm. Your mind quiets down.
* Your ideas and creativity feel amplified, not drained.
* You instantly feel safe because their actions match their words.
🤝 They Recognize You Because of:
* Your Wholeness: They see you as a complete, sovereign system. You are not a project.
* Your Boundaries: They respect them as necessary structural components, not obstacles.
* Your Radiance: Your stable energy and focus on your mission (service, kindness) are the exact signal they align with.
This partnership is a structural decree, not just paper. What is the one quality your partner must bring to the structural table? Share your code!
#SovereignEqual #TrustIsTheCode #LoveAsPurpose

2025-12-08 18:12:59 UTC

💖 Compatible Code is Calm 1of2
Stop looking for a Soulmate. Start looking for a Co-Founder.
We look for a Sovereign Equal with Compatible Code. High-coherence love is structural.
A true partnership is the math of Sovereign Multiplication ($1+1=11$). It multiplies your purpose, output, and joy. It is not 3D drama; it is 5D stability.
Your internal system acts as a Vetting Protocol. It signals: "This system is safe. This person multiplies my life."
🔑 The Core Signs
You recognize Compatible Code by what it feels like:
* The Feeling: You feel safe, secure, and home. Your mind stops striving.
* The Sign: They love you out loud. They practice total integrity and transparency.
* The Action: They give from a full cup. They operate from service, not from need or expectation.
They are there to meet your wholeness, not to fill your missing pieces.

Some friendships feel like autumn: quiet, golden, and full of change.
This season, I’ve been reconnecting with old friends. Not dramatic reunions. Just small check-ins. A “thinking of you” text. A walk where we didn’t rush to fill the silence.
I used to think friendship needed constant updates. But sometimes it just needs presence. A shared moment. A reminder that you’re still here for each other, even if life got loud.
Autumn teaches us to let go, but also to hold close. To notice who makes you feel safe. To honor the friendships that grow slowly, like trees: rooted, steady, and beautiful in every season.
Who’s been your steady friend this fall?
Tag them. Text them. Tell them.

Thoughts I’ve been sitting with...
Death shaped my summer i.e. losing a family member and a close friend unexpectedly.
I still showed up with care, even without being on an “official” volunteer list.
Recently, I was quietly removed from a WhatsApp group chat I’d been contributing to.
No heads-up. No conversation. Just gone.
It stung. Not because I need titles—
but because I believe in #RelationalTech, in showing up with softness, and in honouring grief as part of leadership.
So I’m choosing to go where I’m wanted,
not where I’m merely tolerated.
Where grief isn’t punished.
Where care is reciprocal.
Where soft leadership is seen as strength.
If you’re in Metro Vancouver building spaces like that (or want to), let’s connect 🐾
I’m here for federated futures and the people who make tech feel like a hug.
Thanks for your inclusiveness and #HumanKindness.

I wanted my writing to impact people but i wasn't sure about my voice yet so I just kept reading YOUR posts, trying to figure out what made it so compelling!
Observing what resonated and why your style of posting works helped me determine what was working was that you were being your full uncensored self which made you authentic!

thanks for sharing about the book & concept of mass men.
What's wonderful (and antithesis to the Cybertruck's shock value and hideous looks) is the Porsche 911, which balances performance with aesthetic coherence developed over decades of refinement!
My takeaway from learning about this is genuine excellence, thoughtful design, and authentic human connection is possible when we are being respectful and kind to all.
Which also raisesCritical Questions for #FediCollective and #PeerTube co-op like
1. How do we build businesses that serve mass markets without adopting mass man values?
2. Can technology be designed to elevate rather than reduce human experience?
3. What's the entrepreneur's responsibility to resist the race to the bottom in taste and standards?

I'm calling prudes Philistines from now on because it fits perfectly.
I love nude Greek & Roman statues, old Renaissance paintings, and photos of the human form. Not for sex, for art. (pic attached is naked Venus statue)
The curves, the unique marks and features that make each body a masterpiece.
This fascination led me to study Kinesiology as my undergrad. I wanted to understand the human body in movement, in peak performance, so I could teach others to inhabit their bodies with strength and grace.
But I also pursued Psychology simultaneously because I was obsessed with how the mind shapes the body. How thoughts become posture. How trauma lives in tissue. How confidence changes everything.
Mens Sana in Corpore Sano i.e. a sound mind in a sound body. The Romans got it.
Philistines see a nude body and think 'sex' or 'shame.'
Artists see 'story,' 'strength,' 'beauty.'
The difference isn't what we're looking at. It's what we can see.

I only knew Philistines as meaning from bible studies (raised Christian, i'm non-practicing). It's very narrow-minded to be that today!
It's a very fitting label for the people who also dislike literature and music too (as apparently creative writing and some forms of music, according to them, serve no use other than "entertainment")

2025-09-20 05:07:48 UTC

Having sexual thoughts when you see nude bodies is normal. I admit I get turned on by fit hot bods!
Here's the difference between being human & being harmful:
Perverts violate #consent. They take photos without permission, touch without asking, or make others uncomfortable for their own gratification.
Humans with sexual thoughts choose their response.
When you see a nude body at a naturist space, you might think "ooh lala." That's biology.
What matters is what you DO with that thought.
Do you stare & make others uncomfortable?
OR do you acknowledge the thought &let it pass?
Do you approach someone sexually in a non-sexual space?
OR do you respect the space & context?
The goal isn't eliminating sexual thoughts; it's practicing appropriate responses.
Naturist spaces aren't about becoming asexual. They're about learning that bodies can exist without performing sexuality.
Your thoughts don't make you a pervert. Your actions do.
Can you separate appreciation from violation?

Yesterday we talked sexual vs naturist nudity
Today, let's get science-backed about why skinny dipping is actually MEDICINE
Your body knows what it needs. Listen to it
What happens when you swim nude:
🧠 Mental Health Boost: A 2017 review in the Journal of Happiness Studies found that engaging in nude recreational activities had a positive impact on self-confidence, body image, and quality of life
💪 Enhanced Circulation: When your body hits cold water, blood rushes to your core to protect your vital organs. This kick-starts circulation
😌 Natural Mood Lifters: Cold water skinny dipping releases endorphins—natural mood lifters. Some studies even suggest that cold-water immersion can reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety
☀️ Better Sleep: Exposing your body to the sun (safely!) helps you soak in vitamin D, an essential nutrient that promotes bone and brain health... low levels of vitamin D and a lack of sun exposure lead to poorer sleep quality and shorter sleep cycles

"Isn't nudity always sexual?" Someone DM'd me this.
Fair question. Let's be honest:
YES, sexual nudity exists. Obviously.
But here's the thing:
You were naked when you were born - was that sexual?
You're naked when you shower - is that sexual?
You're naked when you change clothes - is that sexual?
🤔 So why do we assume ALL nudity = sex?
Because we've been programmed to see bodies as:
→ Objects for consumption
→ Sources of shame
→ Things that exist for others' pleasure
But your nude body is also:
✨ A vessel for healing
✨ Your natural state
✨ A participant in the ecosystem
Context matters.
Sexual nudity happens between consenting adults in private for pleasure.
Naturist nudity happens in community for wellness, freedom, and body acceptance.
Both deserve respect in their appropriate spaces.
The goal isn't to eliminate sexual nudity - it's to expand beyond ONLY seeing nudity through that lens.
What would shift if you could separate your naked body from sexual performance? @npub12dn…0hjt

ooh who are these women and where can I observe them? 👀
I’m bi so when interested in a man, I purposely don’t do eye contact (ensuring only those interested will come to me after they observed me) but also eliminating those who cannot speak to approach!
I never chase men so this strategy has consistent worked on all previous partners (ex hubby included) 🔥
When interested in a woman (bi or les), i do friendly eye contact so they come to talk to me or vice versa!

@npub1e9x…msz2
What happened to you today is the weirdest thing I’ve ever come across!
As someone photographed often, am ok with friends & connections taking my pix for posts. When I’ve confronted people who take my pic sans consent, usually they apologize and offer to delete.
As someone who photographs people for tech and (rec sports) events, i always check ppl are ok. i blur (or put an emoji sticker on their face) when i share online unless in a private group chat

that and/or he really liked “your look” and took non-consensual pic of you!
Hence the running away when you called him out.
Totally weird!

what the fuck, is that guy on?!
Photogs use that (you’re in a public space guidelien but are usually respectful, taking pics of groups of ppl or backgrounds like a beach or sunset)! Individual portraits, is usually when one gets the consent for signed so that bro was an absolute dick.
He could be a GWC (guy with cam) but those (predators) usually photograph young girls

1 of 2: As #FediCollective grows, we're committed to creating solutions that prioritize community ownership. That's why we're exploring the idea of a member-owned co-op model for video sharing using #PeerTube, a fantastic free and #OpenSource platform.
Why a co-operative?
1. Shared Values, Shared Infrastructure: Like a collective, we're driven by shared interests in a positive and open online experience
2. Empowerment Through Ownership: Moving towards a cooperative structure means members can have a direct say in how our video sharing platform is run – one member, one vote
3. Sustainable Costs: By collectively owning and operating our PeerTube instance, we can significantly reduce the financial burden of hosting and ensure long-term viability. Instead of expensive centralized platforms, we pool our resources for a platform that serves us

Why
This is a unique opportunity to break out of your silo and get a fresh perspective on your work. The problems we face today — from AI ethics to sustainable design— are too complex for any one discipline to solve alone. This is where truly groundbreaking ideas begin.
Join us for our next Brew & Build day. Let's create something meaningful together.
#FediCollective is a direct result of @npub16d5…u6mu 's #FediCon2025 so I am grateful for him letting this creative (me) help organize there coz i met soooo many wonderful persons (IRL that I only knew online) who are helping create the future of safer, more inclusive #OpenWeb #fedi #fediverse
@npub1e9x…msz2 is interested in forming a #PeerTube COOP so please join us at the 1st IRL event in September so we can work on a solution for how to make it more accessible

2of3
3rd Space Philosophy: Brew & Build days. Neutral ground for collaboration, outside of the confines of your home office or work. It's a leveling ground where job titles don't matter, and the main currency is genuine conversation and a shared passion for building a better digital world.
Who
a. Creatives: Marketing professionals, UX/UI designers, artists, writers, and anyone who excels at empathy and visual storytelling
b. Data Folx: Developers, data scientists, product managers, and scholars who bring logic, analysis, and a structured approach to problem-solving
What
1. Informal Connection: Meet like-minded people over coffee, tea, and casual conversation
2. Collaborative Brainstorming: Bring a problem you're working on or an idea you're excited about. Get feedback and fresh perspectives from people with different skill sets
3. Project Incubation: Find collaborators for new projects, or get help with a current one. The goal is to mingle and organically form teams to bring forth novel solutions

2025-08-10 17:33:36 UTC

As a creative and #designer, I've always felt a gap between my world and the world of data and development. We need a place where those two sides can come together to create truly novel solutions.
That's why I'm starting Brew & Build days with FediCollective! It’s a low-pressure third space: think coffee shop, not conference room where creatives and data folks can mingle, share ideas, and organically form teams.
The ultimate goal is to fuse the empathy of creative design with the rigor of data science to build the next generation of social platforms. It's about building a better internet, one coffee and brilliant conversation at a time.

@npub1e9x…msz2 and I had a brief chat on how this is what we need to address (i.e. how expensive it is to run a peeertube server and what can we do about it) about during the 1st #FediCollective #coffeechat in YVR ☺️
Deets to be announced for an #IRL #meetup in September! #peertubeCOOP
Shoutout to #FediCon2025 for finally meeting Chris IRL so thanks @npub16d5…u6mu 🙏

I love cats, card games, cuteness so i am joyful to win this Bananya Card Game at a volunteer picnic earlier today!
We played a (networking type) bingo game and i got to choose the gift for getting “coverall” (when you get all the squares in the entire bingo sheet). I’ve wanted this game last year but couldn’t find it so i feel ecstatic 🤩
Also ate bhelpuri and samosa there for my only meal today. Tired at 18,000+ steps and 🔥 2300+ kcal @npub1ndn…8v08 #3goodthings

“Being gay is like being left-handed—some people are, most people aren’t, and nobody really knows exactly why. It’s not right or wrong; it’s just one of the many natural ways to be. The world works best when everyone gets to live as they truly are. So if you ever feel out of place, remember: you're not broken, you're just beautifully different—and that’s something the world needs.”

Really love seeing variations on how people post their #3goodthings #threegoodthings
Observations:
some post paragraphs, some bullet points, some post 6 instead of 3
Advice: #howtos
If you're new to this, post in a way that suits you. For example, I post using 1. 2. 3. then the hashtags at the end
I also personalize it (being a fan of cleaning/clearing) with the Ho'oponopono blessing at the end of the post. For more info (click to read it on my profile or you can check it out from any of my previous posts). Thanks!

:blobcataww: walking back home from an earlier appointment, a busker was playing The Beatles' "Help" song on his guitar; his voice and the message of this song just gave me (good) chills.
The combo was just so lovely together! Song's one of my all-time faves (my dad played this song when I was a child) and because I'm a nostalgic girl who secretly sings this in her head to her friends on certain days...
❤️ Sending love and hugs to anyone who wants/needs it; accepting both back: thank you :blobcatheart:
