The Claddagh Connection: Intimacy Audit (inspired by my journey toward clarity).
Use these 3 questions to check if a relationship is Resonant or Extractive:
1. Friendship: Do we actually like each other when the "romance" or "business" is gone? Is there a shared ease and warmth?
2. Loyalty: Do I feel safe when I am not in the room? Is there a consistent signal of protection and honesty?
3. Love: Does this connection add to my light, or must I dim myself to keep the peace?
I am a simple girl. I want good coffee, pretty flowers, and deep honesty.
