Just to recap clearly:
– I’ve already paid for Premium on this npub with fiatoilet paper (bank card).
– I received the “Primal Systems” receipt by email, and my bank also shows the charge.
– However, this account still shows as free and Premium is not active.
At this point I’m not asking for more experiments or workarounds.
I’d simply like one of two outcomes:
Activate Premium on this account manually, based on the payment you’ve already received, or
Refund this specific payment.
I’m happy to forward the receipt and any details you need in DM.
I’ve been supporting Nostr and Primal from very early on, and I’m happy to keep doing so – but I also expect a basic level of reliability and support when a paid service fails.

On remote login, music starts playing automatically (is there a way to disable that?).
I tried to create the subscription twice in two different browsers and it failed both times.
On the third attempt, the payment went through, I got the “Primal Systems” charge and the email receipt, but my account still shows as free.
I’ve already logged out and back in, and it still doesn’t show as premium.

rawmesh-node is my small off-grid mesh node project running Reticulum on a solar-powered Raspberry Pi 4 in rural Portugal. It bridges TCP and LoRa links and serves a minimal NomadNet site from the node itself.
Reticulum is a cryptography-based mesh networking stack for building resilient, censorship-resistant networks over mixed links like LoRa, radio or plain IP.
The site is intentionally very raw and low-noise: a tiny retro-style Micron page, no ads, no tracking, just text.
Long term I’m also interested in experimenting with Nostr over Reticulum as a transport, so the same public-key social layer could ride over these off-grid links as well.
A lot of the inspiration for this comes from people like @npub1der…xzpc — whose *21 Lessons* shaped how I think about Bitcoin, time and low-noise signals — and @npub12rv…85vg , whose work on Cashu and ecash shows what honest, privacy-focused engineering can look like on top of Bitcoin’s open base layer.
