Dark mode all the way to every app that supports that. This because as a video editor for many years, realised that my eyes are getting tired after viewing bright screens for too long. After using dark mode for the first time never returned to light mode again.
Of course dark mode on all my clients!
Primal is my favourite currently!

Apparently I can't take this post out of my head whenever I have my tasty and healthy breakfast made from eggs, olive oil, cheese, almonds, hazelnuts, chia seeds and of course avocado!
Wouldn't spoil it using a protein powder made in a lab... would you?

Then they construct the narrative by talking about egg protein although they actually mean/talk about egg protein in egg whites.
And after that they sprinkle the lie with some fairy-dust of eco+health+carbon footprints and the rest of the bs.

my pr is 221 push ups on a 20min time window and I am steady over 205 and progressing
but... I am not doing this every day.
just 4x20min session in a week.
the trick is you do the push-up with a burbee
rules are... the burpee is without jump and the push-up is strict, also the movement in and out of the burpee has to be controlled with very tight core
that's it...
perhaps the best cardiovascular and multifunctional exercise you can do with your body weight for upper body conditioning free of injuries

Nice trailer @npub18hy…eavz ! As a trailer editor myself, I want to share few thoughts.
I felt the first part was a little too long, not much but it could be 20 sec smaller, and then after 1.50, where you go to the second part, you need to introduce your "voice". Not actual voice but you have to share what this movie is about from the creator perspective! It is boring to go straight at a new part with all these testimonials and q's again without a break.
Separate the first from the second with a more inspiring music to change the feeling because the music of the second part sounds very similar to the first.
