In a sense, what you refer to as a kind of perquisitive estate seems to me to be like a social class, the class of retrospective good-choice-makers whose good choices mark them out as getting whatever society can give, and expecting what society can give them to be good.

These good choices are to some degree being born to some degree of wealth, but also work and education. So this is in part a eugenics-formed class, correct?
