I’ve felt shit for years, i don’t eat crap but i would feel exhausted constantly, achy when I woke up no matter how much sleep i got, i was bloated and starving every morning, dehydrated and had that horrible feeling of not enough sleep (like when you have to get up at 4am to go to the airport or something akin to that) with that horrible pain behind my eyes for most of the day. And by the time it left it was nearly bed time again. It didn’t matter how much sleep i got, plus I couldn’t shift a load of gut fat i had.
After starting the diet i noticed changes literally the next day. I woke up feeling strong and alert, without the awful symptoms i usually have. Between day 2 and 6 i’ve lost 6kg (12lb) and a benign skin condition i have had my entire life that i just accepted has gone into remission, it’s probably 60% better already, unbelievable progress in just 5 days.
