For a number of years I was on B-cell depleting therapy that interfered with that exact process and I had to get all my vaccinations redone every 12mo. Do you know how many separate vaccinations we get from birth onwards? It's like 43! (It's not, I've forgotten how many but it's a lot. I felt like a pincushion.)
