She moved her name from the deeds of a family home to make sure she did not pay tax on this property. A game of “find the loophole” by people that set our tax laws does not appear respectable to me. They presumably try to close loopholes when they set laws. For legislators to then seek loopholes for themselves is distasteful at best. Quite different if ordinary folk need to understand the labyrinthine tax system.
