I guess it's like being at a crowded party where you kind of know all the guess in passing but don't always get to interact with them all, certainly not on a daily basis.
That's okay. I think we all know what works best for us and, hopefully, how to balance all the noise.
I worry sometimes if I'm busy elsewhere people will think I'm ignoring them as I'm usually very chatty. I'm sure that's just me.
