> My brain is fundamentally incapable of very basic computation types even a plain 6502 could do. It is slow and unreliable. Deterministic evaluation can only be done symbolically, slowly and even then it is failure prone.
Takes only the deranged would express; your brain doesn't need to handle complex computation, specially when you have computers for that and there's no reason to shove a gadget into your skull to be able to do that.
> It is likewise unequipped for interfacing with information systems or external equipment in any meaningful way. Its extensibility is limited more than it needs to be.
Same as above, mankind reached this point without computers nor big data and if I have any hope in humanity we'll stay like this for the next million years, if capitalism is destroyed, that is.
How do you plan to make any of this scifi shenanigans be compatible with permacomputing? Because it's inherently consumerist, much like most modern computer tech that exist right now it's not sustainable. Why would a responsible society waste time, resources and effort in these gadgets?
