It's not really as kind as it first may seem to just form an unspoken group agreement to just put up with a behavior that is hurtful to us because it's easier than having a hard conversation.
Would she be happy to know that we all just create this bubble around her, where we try to kind of "manage" her & "keep her happy"? Doubtful. I don't think that would do anything to soothe the feelings of exclusion.
The only inclusionary thing I can think of to do is actually have the talk about it.
