AFAICT that's not true in this case, SOMEONE's 1A rights got violated, probably the ADA membership who expected to hear an address from Kahn, the editor of Diabetes Care who was INVITED to speak
his topic was the threat to diabetes researched posed by the cancellation of grants by this administration...
to trespass him for handing out a flyer on the topic is weird & just inviting a civil lawsuit IMHO
