LA, like states I am more familiar with, has a criminal code for trespass.
In my TX experience, trespass was a civil matter until a trespass warning was given and disobeyed. Then the person was subject to arrest.
The ADA does not need publicity for their conference. It's not public outreach. It's professional talks. Literally hundreds of speakers, multiple panels at any given time, for four days.

You're overthinking this really, really hard.
Kahn published an editorial. His flyers were about the editorial. His talk topics are not mentioned in the linked article. That's why I looked them up. Unfortunately, I can no longer find them - it looks like he's been removed from the speaker list on the website. One talk was about semaglutide, and the other was of a similar strictly medical title.

Nope. 1A has absolutely nothing to do with this situation... UNLESS the ejected attendees were prevented from continuing their speech in a public area outside the venue.
I looked up the event agenda. The flyers he was handing out had no bearing whatsoever on the topic of either of his two scheduled talks.

It's not a violation of 1A.
They are allowed to broadcast their message, but not inside the convention. Apparently they agreed to this beforehand.
It is, however, a poor hill for the ADA to die on. Sounds like a "no politics" rule when politics is literally trying to kill them off.

Need a little advice/help.
I'm trying to de-Google some spreadsheets. I'm hitting a wall on a certain function. Google allowed me to delete unused rows/columns, and then call $[sheetname].A2:D which would automatically adjust to the bottom of column D, whatever that happened to be at the time.
#Libreoffice Calc is not allowing this functionality. All I could think of was Define Range, but $[sheetname].[rangename] did not work for me.

Are you using a blend with millet? If so, that's what's expected to happen.
Millet is mostly sought by ground-feeding birds, and is put in birdseed blends with the expectation that birds on the feeder will toss it aside like this.

What it means is that any man considering a vasectomy should be aware of the facts.
1. A vasectomy may not work. Chances are good, but not perfect.
2. A vasectomy reversal may not work. Success rates are *generally* good, but;
3. There are a lot of factors involved that make it a gamble.
A man *should* expect a vasectomy to be permanent. If he is depending on reversal, he should be educated on the risks until he understands better.

... and I would definitely call that out as erroneously optimistic.
Vasectomies do not have 100% success rates. Reversals are less successful due to more factors. But this does not justify the "myth" or "outlier" tags.

Now when you say:

... that makes no sense to me. My reading of this is "this can happen, but no it can't." This may be language barriers at play.
The procedure repairs the damage done in a vasectomy, attempting to restore the functionality that was removed.

I don't know any other definition of "myth" other than something that doesn't exist.
Reversals exist.
"Outlier" means a data point well outside the norm. Reversal success rates are affected by a *lot* of factors. However, up to 95% success in restoring motility has been recorded (from the Wiki article).
There are certainly points at which a success *would* be an outlier. Speaking of the procedure in general, it is more of a coin toss or bell curve.

All right, we can work with language barriers.
One problem suggested itself to me early on. "Permanent" has two denotations. One has to do with reversibility. The other is in opposition to "temporary".
The vast majority of contraception methods are temporary. Hormonal methods like "the pill" and IUDs, or spermicides, only last for a while and then wear off. Tubal ligation and vasectomies are permanent in this context.

I cannot answer your question because it has no basis in reality. I am not pushing a myth. I can assign no importance or lack thereof. I cannot assign a "why" to the non-existent.
I do not claim to know better. I am only pointing to facts that say you're wrong.
You've provided nothing that nullifies the existence of reversals (a myth is something that does not exist), nor any source showing success are outliers.
You've not even realized that "outliers" cannot come from a "myth".

Well I could have saved myself some time, perhaps.
It did occur to me that maybe the illustration was for the essay. A metaphoric birth (the eggshell), discovery of fire, I have no idea what the disc is... some sort of losses which provide the key for us to unlock rocket science, with a goal of extra-planetary life on the horizon.
All set in the ancient bones of Earth's geological timeline.

Wet-bulb danger zones start where you can't naturally cool yourself with sweating It's calculated for workers out in the sun. Heat index is a better measure for the rest of us.
Shade, fans, cold compresses, cool showers/swims, cold drinks/snacks all still help your body shed heat when sweating isn't enough.
