I'm a retard and not a postgresql expert but I would expect if it was related to the amount of space left, postgresql would just crash. That being said I would be backing up your db asap to somewhere else if you haven't already. Do your logs say anything illuminating? If it's saying something along the lines of "(DBConnection.ConnectionError) connection not available and request was dropped from queue" then it could be related to the io bottleneck of the slab (among many other things - you could also mess with pool size and timeout settings to see if it helps, postgresql config stuff as well). You can run iostat to see what %iowait you're dealing with. Also try looking at https://cawfee.club/phoenix/live_dashboard (while you're logged in as admin).
