i think the line splitting might do the trick... it's an easy one to implement, as was the change to trim off the CWD to get a clickable source code location, and as a bonus they are short, all the tests run in the directory of the test so the path is literally just the file itself
this problem of slow terminal and source code location links is a big irritation for me, so if i find a workaround to make intellij terminal bearable then fuck it i don't need to make any more effort
ooh, perhaps i can even just disable line wrapping
