Which is why when a digital option is implemented it would work well & then it goes downhill because of "optimizations", e.g. it was someone's job to make sure the display was synced with the actual position of the bus, but now it isn't.

Also, a lot of it is workforce "optimization", another thing accelerated wildly by digital tools.
