I don't know what you want me to tell you. I'm not trying to be a dick, but I think honestly there's a bit of a disconnect here. You know that when you make a post, your post count goes up. Any post that you have made has federated to thousands of other servers. Deleting them locally does not guarantee they've been removed remotely. That number will always be in your mind regardless of whether you can see it or not.
