I think apolitical leadership is still widely unpopular.. but gaining! The only administration I'd support at this point would be one that drops political affiliation, enacts ranked choice or popular vote, remove all policies (Parliamentarian, Filibuster, etc...) that muddy the waters and can be manipulated... comprehensive vetting, age/term limits... I'm sure I missed a few.
A fresh start is the only thing that's going to get the peoples support
