..."Bloggers" have defamed these people's restaurant, making them lose money. Do people read blogs? Was that a thing in 2013?
There is a segment taking place one day before Gordon even showed up. I don't think this has ever happened for most than a few takes during the intro, but here it's a whole segment.
Samy is kicking customers out if they complain. Amy too.

says Amy. She might be a little psycho.
Then Samy says that "chef Ramsay is here to tell the people the food is good". I don't have a ton of trust on Samy's prediction. Then Samy goes ask a guy what is wrong with the Caesar salad and the guy goes "I don't know" and Samy goes Italian mobster on him, with a smile that does not convey joy at all. He's not pleased with the customer.
