The owner, Amy, in some angles looks like a would, but in others looks like... also a would but the kind you don't feel good about. The other owner is her husband, Samy. An ethnically ambiguous guy with an accent. Like an Arab. I didn't understand what their last name is.
Apparently Amy wanted a restaurant and her husband spent a million dollars buying her this place. That's a bit demented, but I don't know how much things cost, so maybe that's just what you pay for a restaurant.
Then there are other characters in the staff. What the hell is a "food runner"? Is that an alternative title for a waiter?
