Yes, I have read the details Vizio case - it's quite a gamble to sue the company as a user - if the sfc wins, it will make enforcing licenses much easier, as cooperation with the copyright holders will no longer be a requirement, but if the sfc loses it will be a disaster, as businesses will step up their license infringement of Linux and other GPLv2-licensed software with glee.
