Marc Andreessen was an investor, and it seems that like Peter Thiel, he is interested in autonomous city-states. And there were reasons to believe that one of the city-state proponents had mentioned this project.
And this is when I really started to learn about billionaires.
This project has some extreme right billionaires like Andreessen. Also has Reid Hoffman, one of the biggest Democratic donors, and Laurene Jobs, the owner of The Atlantic, which has been a publication with numerous articles pushing for Biden to step down.
And so, I've come to this proclamation: Billionaires are not to be trusted. I don't know where this ends, but these billionaires are not good people. After Musk, and the Democratic donor issues, and what has happened in Solano County, and Thiel and Sacks saying democracy just doesn't work, I'm pretty much thinking that they have zero interest in helping society - they are only taking as much as they can and are willing to burn it all down.
