I’m saying that some people view the existence of independently run infrastructure that lets people participate in the Bluesky network as decentralization; for them, the fact that the independently run infrastructure can ignore Bluesky PBC’s geoblocking is a consequence of this decentralization.
Others don’t view the independently infrastructure as meaningful decentralization in this situation , and the fact that the independently run infrastructure can ignore Bluesky PBC’s geoblocking doesn’t change their opinion.
